Cooking a Umu in Australia for me Samoan farther in-law

Hello Tagata 🤗👋🏽 today we're cooking a Samoan umu (earth oven) here in Australia. we wanted to surprise my parents in-law with a umu, my Farther in-law loves the taste of food in the Umu so me and the kids did a small Umu with only meat, traditionally we cook big Umu in Samoa but here in Australia is difficult to get things to do a Umu so we did our best with what we have available
