Lol most kimchi isn’t vegan. Different brands (and different batches) have different spice levels, tang, and funk. Also the flavors grow over time. Random thing, but kimchi in instant mac and cheese is insanely delicious. I never thought it would work, but oh my god.
I very much needed this 90 minutes of serotonin today! Also, I was very worried about your kimchi experience... I say that because it looks like one that I got at target before... and well it wasn't very good. I tend to look for an asian market or world market that carries kimchi. However I have found that Costco carries a very very good brand that I like very much. I love eating kimchi with shin ramen, or I make a kimchi fried rice, or a kimchi stew. Ohhhh im making myself hungry now.

im a little tipsy rn, i won't lie, but i never comment on accounts and instead rather just quietly watch but i just wanted to say you're genuinely my favorite bts reactor i have ever come across (I've only been a fan of bts for maybe 9 months or maybe a bit more and have been watching bts reactions for about that same amount of time.) But even among amongst those where you're just being interrupted by your cousins (or anyone else who may intercept that i don't remember) i don't skip, and I almost always skip other accs.. I would recommend trying it from an authentic Korean restaurant. The jarred kimchi isn’t the same. Also tbh kimchi isn’t usually meant to be eaten just by itself. You should try it with some grilled pork belly and sesame oil with salt and jasmine rice on the side
