I just removed the windscreen from my 2021 Vulcan Classic 900 LT. Only 4 bolts and it came right off. For local riding I am going to leave it off but if I know I will be riding highway miles then I will bolt it back on. It is only 5-minutes of the easiest work on a motorcycle you could ever do. Nice video!
I just bought a '08 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 with the same setup. First thing I noticed was something felt a little squirrelly, and by the time I got home I knew it had to be the windshield. It's coming off tomorrow.
Buying a wrecked one, everything from the gas tank up is flattened/gone so I'm having to do the research on replacing the windscreen/headlight bucket/handlebars/fenders etc
I've rode on the highway without one and it's not that bad, you end up a Lil more sore in the shoulders but the wind feels nice. I guess it depends of ur seating position on if it feels like the bike wants to rip u off it or not.

Oh, you will notice a big difference! 😁

On the bright side, once you rebuild one it’s much more difficult to get rid of it lol
This helped me out! Thanks for the video!
Awesome! Thanks for checking it out.
I wanna see you go 80 mph with and without a windscreen!

Nice bike. What year and size?
Thanks a bunch 😁👍🏾 it’s a 2006 1600cc
Did you have wobble with windscreen on?
hello hello ✨ No, I did not have a wobble, with the tall screen or the mid height screen I had on before it. Even approaching triple digits.
