I do find your videos unmissable Emmy. They are always so instructive and interesting to watch. I was especially fascinated by how you put the shading into the sketch to make it more life-like. Thank you for making the time to create and post them.
Glad you like them!
You are amazing, Madam, and I love your drawing so much. You are truly amazing and I have learned a lot from you 🌹❤💚🧡

ALWAYS BLESSED TO WATCH YOUR VIDEOS LOVE AND RESPECT FROM INDIA 🇮🇳❤😊🙏

Wow❤
Beautiful! 😍
Thank you! 😊
Very good! The box shape helps it works all the time it's if your drawing the loomise loomises method the ball but you form a box shape great work
I have practiced the loomis method but found it very challenging everytime. The 3 equal spaces from hair, brow, nose and chin line are from the loomis method but I just create guidelines with a rectangle instead of circle. Works better for me!
Tangan tangan penuh karya yg indah. Sehat selalu. Dan bahagia.❤
Thank you ☺️

Ok!,so I'm watching this video from the Gambia 🇬🇲,and I want to ask, how did you get the guidelines image like is it a grid?.I want to know so that I can know how to do it too.👍🏾
There are usually equal parts from the hairline, to browline to noseline to chinline. I will try to include when I create the guidelines on the reference photo next video
@@emmykalia Ok!, thank you 🙏 I appreciate it so much for replying to My comment 😊, I'm grateful for that God bless you.But I want to ask again if there's like an app to help Me draw guidelines,so that I can download it,and be using it to develop my drawing skills.Like is there an app for drawing guidelines that you're using to help you draw the guidelines?.
@@joelkamara2984yes, I use the drawing app Procreate to draw guidelines over the reference photo on my ipad pro

Glad it’s helpful
Love your work. How do you put the lines on the reference photo to get positioning of the key facial features?
Thank you! I use procreate to draw guidelines on the reference photo
I noticed that people who sketch (including myself) always skip around on the facial features. Like, we don't finish one facial feature at a time, we tend to stop in the middle of working on one facial feature, and then start working on a different one. I'm guessing that skipping around like that helps give us a clearer view on how we need to proceed with the other facial features 🤔
Yes, that’s right. It gives you a better overview and helps if you finish more of the face to have something to compare to and look at the face as a whole
@@emmykalia And it’s almost like muscle memory. Like, I don’t even plan to skip around when I sketch. It just kinda happens naturally 😅
@@emmykalia❤️☺️👍
