If you meditate long enough you will experience every heaven and every hell and you will realize that all of these things only ever have the power that you out into them. My eyes have melted. My skin has peeled. I have experienced all that is the suffering of life. All while in meditation. Great swaths of pain and lunacy. Insanity gripping at the walls of existence. Thus the mind that takes you to these places as you let go of it. I have seen the dead and experienced life through the eyes of millions.
Heaven and hell are here and they are you and they are your mind and your thoughts and your beliefs.
This is it. You are it. There is nothing else. Only this. Only the now. And you will never leave the now. There is no birth and no death. Just consciousness and unconsciousness.
