Hi, Glad you liked the apartment video. It’s called Al Badri Real Estate, they are maintaining the property and their office is located in Al Barsha, you can contact them at [phone] and please schedule an appointment via email/ phone as there was an issue faced when we didn’t schedule appointment earlier(this info is not mentioned anywhere). They will assist you. The apartment however is located in Dubai Land Residence and you can directly walk in to the building and security will help in viewing if any unit is vacant.

Very small kitchen. I would suffocate in this kitchen. I live in US where kitchens are very spacious. Horrible kitchen

Oh good to know about US, but please do note that this is one of the beautiful closed spacious kitchen in Dubai as Dubai holds open concept kitchen which is still smaller! Do think twice before you go to Dubai as the kitchen might remain the same size unlike USA😅 There are Villa communities, wherein you can try to own one and customize the kitchen size.
