Awesome collection! It is great to see a woman's collection that isn't dominated by Chanel, Dior, Chloe, the same old same old. Not that those are bad fragrances. I own some of them, but it is definitely nice to come across a collection video that has many niche fragrances. I have been meaning to try out Bois 1920 /Sushi Imperiale since I quite like gourmand fragrances and I like the smell of apples. Glad you reminded me of that fragrance. I'll need to order a sample from 'Surrender to Chance'.
To address your question on what scents I find sexy on a woman, I tend to like rather complex scents (since they are the most intriguing). Some great examples are Tom Ford's Champaca Absolue and Santal Blush. From Frederic Malle, I adore Carnal Flower, and from Creed, Iris Tuberose and Jardin d'Amalfi. Love and In the City of Sin by Kilian are also great. The absolute pinnacle (and the priciest) of the complex style has to be the Roja Dove line. His fragrances are old fashioned but very alluring, powerful, and intricate. All of the above have the effect of a feminine Aventus. Wonderful stuff.
Neo Xerxes my! Great list. I have not gotten my hands on any fragrances from the Roja house, but it has really been popping up a lot lately in terms of collections and recommendations. I was never taken aback by any Frederic Malle or Creed female fragrances but I remember loving the Ford frags you mention. Champaca in particular, I believe. As for Kilian.... I recently spent some time at the counter and I was really pleased with the options they have! Flower of Immortality, a white peach frag in particular, was really lovely and made an impression.
Riss Carnal Flower and Iris Tubereuse took me awhile to understand but now I love them. Perhaps it was the shared tuberose note that requires some extensive sampling. In any case, the Kilians (Flower of Immortality is great!) and the mentioned Tom Fords are wonderful fragrances for women. You might also enjoy a couple from those lines on your man - from Tom Ford, Tuscan Leather, and from Kilian, Cruel Intentions. Roja Dove and Creed are my favorite fragrance houses for men, generally. The Kilians and the Tom Fords mentioned above are fantastic as signature scents or daily wear, but I look to others for special/formal occasions. If you do enjoy extraordinarily complex and elegant fragrances, especially for that purpose, you simply must try the Roja Dove line, along with a few from Puredistance (Antonia and Opardu in particular). These are the types of fragrances that will result in dropped jaws and whipping necks. If you're interested in exploring a few of his offerings, the best place I've found to sample Roja Dove fragrances is from the Osswald NYC sample service (it's around 9 bucks for a 1 ml sample, which isn't terrible considering the price per ml). From what I've found, the best place to buy almost any of these lines (except perhaps Tom Ford) is from Europe due to the strength of the USD - Essenza Nobile, First in Fragrance, and Parfumerie Soleildor are particularly well-known and highly-regarded establishments that I use regularly.

Great collection you had there . Very nice :) if you like juicy fruity fresch sent then try Pulp from Byredo a very unik take on fresch fruity green kind of smell. And if you love sweet fragances then you have to try Tonka Imperial from Guerlain.
namo730 I have tried Pulp and it completely took my attention when I smelled it initially. I didn't love it after the wear down, however :/ I have noticed a tonka trend with my interests lately. I will give it a go!

Plus, your taste in fragrance is top notch. Bond No. 9 is unbeatable and seems to be a favorite of yours. If I may make a suggestion, check out Riverside Drive. A fantastic scent that's geared toward men but I think can work well for women as well.
On my partner I love to smell sweet and fruity fragrances on her. Such as Escada Turquoise Summer, Hanae Mori Hanae, and Philosophy Falling in Love. She's not into fragrances and doesn't wear them regularly so I usually just get her the travel roller balls or atomizers if I get her a designer. Otherwise its Bath and Body Works LOL. Great video though and subscribed!

I think Tom Ford's Black Orchid is incredibly sexy and sensual, although it's pretty far away from Aventus even if you differentiate between masculine and feminine. As a darker, more complex fragrance, it does something very different, so it's not for everyone. But I think it's irresistible on certain people and settings. On the other end of the spectrum is Neon by Roads. Brighter and sweeter, but other worldly. Hmmm....I'll keep thinking.
barton carroll Perfect! Love the recommendations so far. I agree that they are very feminine and that Black Orchid is sensual, but it isn't killer for me the way Aventus is. I like Neon, too. Keep me updated!
+Henry Perez I like flowerbomb but it is a tad too sweet for me! I have Coach Poppy and Taylor Swift Enchanted wonderstruck and I can only wear them on occasion because they are sooo sweet!! I do enjoy the fact that it is a more womanly sweet as compared to the two I mentioned above. I don't doubt it smells better on her than it does me!

As of late, I've really been interested in animalic perfumes, like Dzing for example (even though I've heard all sorts of storeis about animalic perfumes, like the civet stories lol) though I think this is due to the fact that I'm getting a tad "bored" of fresh/safe scents. Yes! Our collaboration was very fun :) He's a blast to work with. As for the animalic scents, I can understand the desire to get away from those "safe" scents as you mention. I like those alluring skin fragrances that fit into that category. Those might be the safe version of the animalic category, though! Dzing looks pretty great after checkin it out on fragrantica.

Did you find Aventus for women? Or were you referencing a scent that smelled similar to the original Aventus by Creed for men? I have seen Aventus for women...and am unsure where exactly it was. I enjoy Byredo fragrances as well such as: Blanche and Gypsy Water (and Pulp, Seven Veils and La Tulipe) some of my faves as well as Fire Island by Bond no9(such a good beachy scent). You have great taste and I am looking forward to learning more! :)

It's interesting to ask different people what scents remind them of you just to see what other people may take from the beautiful scent you leave :)) I like different scents for different things but Byredo Blanche just does it for me! It's clean yet feminine. I really love Lallique fragrances and Aerin Lauder's Soft Amber (I mix it with some of my Jo Malone fragrances to give them depth). I quite enjoy the male perspective too. Riss I have Central Park South too!! (twinning) So nerdy of me but I get so excited over fragrances lol I will try that combo. I love many of the Bond no9 fragrances. The Scent of Peace was my first fragrance from that house. I am really enjoying Frederic Malle and Aerin Lauder lately but Blanche makes me think fresh scent w/o the headache and a touch of feminine simplicity. I am really enjoying Frederic Malle and Aerin Lauder lately but Blanche makes me think fresh scent w/o the headache and a touch of feminine simplicity. Keep posting videos and maybe a fall/winter fav fragrances to wear video??? xoxo
