Yes you are right every action has consequences and that is why most of us, undocumented people try to keep a low profile avoiding problems because it takes a long, expensive and very dangerous path to cross the border. But our dream of living a better life and without people like Trump and many others that think of us like criminals when we only apwant another opportunity and we fight and work hard to get it

Jay Kemme I’m very proud of those marine corps, and no, I’m an American from a Salvadoran descent (explains the last name). I don’t blame him for the way he thinks, it’s just like your story, it’s mostly people from marines, army, Air Force, etc who are very patriotic, however it’s also worth noticing that there are MANY, MANY people who are quite the opposite. Keep in mind that he wrote that comment a year ago (probably during the election period) and many liberals around here (Mexicans) only waves Mexican flags and burning American flags while wearing “VIVA Mexico” t-shirt. So I don’t blame him for making that comment especially at that time period.

You are all missing the point here. Ignorant people love to blame their problems on any excuse they could find, it's not the illegal status that made him drive while drunk. He is in his early 20s, he did what any 23 year old could have done, regardless of this status. The true problem here is alcohol, not the one mistake everybody here may have done or will do in the future. This guy is no different than any other person with a drunk-driving record with a legal status here in this country. What you think this is also going to save you from an American-Born Drunk ? Only God can judge us in these matters, once you are dead you will realize that all of this BS about deporting undocumented people was just a silly excuse for your miserable lives.

How sad for many of these American-raised Hispanics. They are the personification of "Ni de aquí, ni de allá." Their English is accented and lacking full grammatical correctness, and their Spanish is abysmal. Obviously, anyone can make a mistake and deserves a second chance. But considering he was a DACA recipient, his DACA status was that second chance a lot of other people are not afforded. Most DACA recipients and "Dreamers" are the epitome of hard work and dedication, and strive to be more exceptional than the average American because they know they were given a gift in the form of "legal" status that other undocumented immigrants are not. Now he must learn to adapt himself to Mexico which, once you do, is an amazing country to live in. I know dozens of Canadians and Americans who are now permanent residents of Mexico and would not have it any other way. I wish him the best and that his mistake helps him grow.

E.Duane Mitchell I wish. But unfortunately we can’t. But somehow you’re okay with having EVEN MORE drunk drivers? Your argument is so fucking flawed on so many levels. Other than the fact that Mexicans disproportionately drink and drive more per capita than Americans, thry also tend to hit and run for fear of deportation. Like pretty much every time. It’s disgusting behavior. “Hey America already has murderers, let’s bring in more murderers from the third world because America already has some”. That’s some fucking logic as well. I am also against bringing the best of the best from countries like Mexico because that is basically stealing their best resources when those people can potentially fix their countries some day. All immigration must be put at al halt because of immigration stopped this second, white Americans will become the minority in their own country. And when that happens voting patterns change, policies changes, values changes. New laws and and tell be just another Latin American country run down by absolute corruption

He took on mandarin, he gets strange looks when starts a conversation, honestly Chinese find it shocking.
