There were tanks of diesel on the 9th floor for the building's backup generators, the fire fed off of that and office supplies/furnishing, the fire did this for 7 HOURS, never running out of fuel and not having any kind of intervention, a huge chunk of the southwest corner was scooped out by debris, as well as a large gash in the buildings south face, those damages gave the fire more oxygen for the fire, eventually, a horizontal beam buckled after its supports were loosened by fire and the building's damage, causing it and the floor it was supporting to fall onto the floors below, pulling on the rest of the core and jostling the joints of it even further, causing the beams above to follow, these horizontal beams collapsing eventually reached the roof where if you look closer, you can see the penthouse on the roof collapse into the building, that effectively hollowed WTC7 out since the penthouse took up most of the building's area, when we see the whole building fall, people say it was a demolition because it when down too easy, but in reality, it only looked like went down easy because when we see the whole building going down, the building had already collapsed internally, so there wasn't much resistance.

It wasn't When the North Tower Collapsed, WTC 7 was absolutely showered with debris from the North Tower, receiving multiple damages including but not limited to: A Massive Chunk Of the South West Corner scooped out going from the 7th to 17th floor A large vertical gash in the center of the south face going from the 24th floor to the 41st floor Fires from the north tower spread to floors 6 to 13 These fires were allowed to burn and continued to burn for 7 hours after the collapse of the North Tower. As the fires burned a core column on the 13th floor began to sag, pulling on the rest of the core and the rest of the building’s support system, these fires had no way of stopping due to the building being too far gone and the fact that there were several tanks of diesel meant for the backup generators, these tanks were on the 9th floor, one of the floors that burned, this fueled the fire further, along with all the office materials inside the building. Eventually Firefighters reported hearing the sound of creaking coming from the building, eventually a horizontal column in the core collapsed, pulling on the rest of the core and allowing a portion of the floor to collapse down, crashing into the floors below, the floors above being pulled down, followed, the collapse reaching the penthouse causing the penthouse to collapse into the building, effectively hollowing out the building, causing the innards of the building to pretty much spill out the gash and the chunk taken out of the facade and insides, what we saw as the “collapse” of the building, was just the shell of the building following the rest of the building as it had lost its insides and was unable to continue supporting itself.

It collapsed from the bottom as the columns inside collapse. As the facade is hollowed out, it collapses. And it wasn’t straight down as people in these comments (including you) imply. At the end you can see it tilt to the south, towards building 6. There was plenty of other structures around it that were also severely damaged after both 1 2 and 7 collapsed that had to go. So in reality it wasn’t really as controlled as you all say it was

Causing the windows to break, sunlight glimpses off the breaking windows give an appearance but there is no smoke or any other indicators of an explosion. The night before Sept 11th I was looking over to Manhattan from Brooklyn and could see very strong hovering bright lights downtown near WTC. Very unusual and it went on for a long time.

@@four4eightnot really, it is a contained collapsed but the thing is, the outer shell of the building which collapsed later acted as a buffer, which slowed the debris down when the interior reached the bottom, then the outer layer collapses leaning to the north (which is partially seen in this video if you look closely) because of it buckling on its north face, hoped this cleared things up.
An empty shell of 58 outer steel columns that would have to all buckle at the same location and the same time with the same amount of force so that all of the outer steel columns could all act in unison accelerating at 9.8m/s/s. Exactly what it would look like if one or more of the lower stories was taken out. Just a coincidence that the two people in charge on 9/11 happened to work on the NYC advisory board for Salomon Smith Barney in this building and just a coincidence that the other building that was hit by a plane had it's financial office on floor 25 of this building. There were tanks of diesel on the 9th floor for the building's backup generators, the fire fed off of that and office supplies/furnishing, the fire did this for 7 HOURS, never running out of fuel and not having any kind of intervention, a huge chunk of the southwest corner was scooped out by debris, as well as a large gash in the buildings south face, those damages gave the fire more oxygen for the fire, eventually,
a horizontal beam buckled after its supports were loosened by fire and the building's damage, causing it and the floor it was supporting to fall onto the floors below, pulling on the rest of the core and jostling the joints of it even further, causing the beams above to follow, these horizontal beams collapsing eventually reached the roof where if you look closer, you can see the penthouse on the roof collapse into the building, that effectively hollowed WTC7 out since the penthouse took up most of the building's area, when we see the whole building fall, people say it was a demolition because it when down too easy, but in reality, it only looked like went down easy because when we see the whole building going down, the building had already collapsed internally, so there wasn't much resistance.

When the North Tower Collapsed, WTC 7 was absolutely showered with debris from the North Tower, receiving multiple damages including but not limited to:
A Massive Chunk Of the South West Corner scooped out going from the 7th to 17th floor
A large vertical gash in the center of the south face going from the 24th floor to the 41st floor
Fires from the north tower spread to floors 6 to 13
These fires were allowed to burn and continued to burn for 7 hours after the collapse of the North Tower. As the fires burned a core column on the 13th floor began to sag, pulling on the rest of the core and the rest of the building’s support system, these fires had no way of stopping due to the building being too far gone and the fact that there were several tanks of diesel meant for the backup generators, these tanks were on the 9th floor, one of the floors that burned, this fueled the fire further, along with all the office materials inside the building. Eventually Firefighters reported hearing the sound of creaking coming from the building, eventually a horizontal column in the core collapsed, pulling on the rest of the core and allowing a portion of the floor to collapse down, crashing into the floors below, the floors above being pulled down, followed, the collapse reaching the penthouse causing the penthouse to collapse into the building, effectively hollowing out the building, causing the innards of the building to pretty much spill out the gash and the chunk taken out of the facade and insides, what we saw as the “collapse” of the building, was just the shell of the building following the rest of the building as it had lost its insides and was unable to continue supporting itself.

Causing the windows to break, sunlight glimpses off the breaking windows give an appearance but there is no smoke or any other indicators of an explosion. No, it first collased only at a small part of the building. Thats there the windows got destroyed. After that the structural integrity got too bad from this collapse and all the pillars got crushed by the weight of the building. The peassure puverized the pillars. That was a very fast process. In the moment one pillar got crushed, the next got more peassure and also gut crushed. Thats why the main part of the building collaped pretty much at one time.

@@four4eightnot really, it is a contained collapsed but the thing is, the outer shell of the building which collapsed later acted as a buffer, which slowed the debris down when the interior reached the bottom, then the outer layer collapses leaning to the north (which is partially seen in this video if you look closely) because of it buckling on its north face, hoped this cleared things up.

An empty shell of 58 outer steel columns that would have to all buckle at the same location and the same time with the same amount of force so that all of the outer steel columns could all act in unison accelerating at 9.8m/s/s. Exactly what it would look like if one or more of the lower stories was taken out. Just a coincidence that the two people in charge on 9/11 happened to work on the NYC advisory board for Salomon Smith Barney in this building and just a coincidence that the other building that was hit by a plane had it's financial office on floor 25 of this building. Just a coincidence that those two people had signed off on a hijack simulation for the morning of the attacks.

It was a major fire that went uncontrolled for hours, and occupied much of the floor space. That's the real truth. In a case like this collapse is very easy. Buildings are not designed to sustain hours of floor to ceiling burning.

pieces from the tower smashed into it and considering it fell from a over a thousand feet that’s enough to bend steal on impact the side support column’s on the left side of the building was heavily damaged may have even knocked it a bit from the bedrock it was deemed unstable after it was struck so they obviously knew that damage was done to the structural integrity
