      Hi!
You can open a card at Tinkoff Bank,- it’s an online bank and they will deliver a card to you on the next day. However you won’t be able to transfer money to this account from ANY western banks, as Swift doesn’t work in Russia. You can bring cash and put it on this card. Visa and MasterCard issued by non-Russian banks also will not work in Russia.
      I hope it helped😊

If you log in to the account, can u access it on line from Russia? What about if you are in Europe or the States, can you access it from there? I’m just trying how the sanctions would affect the payment process… also, does Russia question you as to why you open an account in Belarus?

Why so negative comments, Svetlana 😅? Every country has its strengths and weaknesses and together, we make a vibrantly beautiful world.
Imagine how boring it would would be if every country, every city looked almost identical.
I no longer prefer shopping, and lean towards nature. But at the same time, the Magnificent Mile in downtown Chicago is something I would walk through casually every once in a while despite its unsubstantial bling, bling US, French and Italian brands.

At one time I believe you mentioned you were engaged to an American citizen. What is the Status of your visa application? My wife is from Belarus. I know how they process these type of visas and I am sure you have run into a slight problem. Mostly they process them in Poland, which I am sure you can't travel to. If that is the case there is a work around. Let me know if this is the case and I can give you some details on what to do.

It was very admirable that you didn't buy anything at the mall. It seems like not many people can do that. The passport photo is a very different vibe than now. Спокойной ночи

Hi Svetlana, this was a nice short video, but I enjoyed it my friends and I don’t like to eat the food from the MacDonalds restaurants it’s mostly travelling people who use them, it’s regarded as low quality products by us, I think Minsk is quite similar to Brugge perhaps a bit like Rotterdam in places, I do think you have a film star look when you wore the hat the other outfits I’m not to sure of but I do like your natural hair colour we are also not allowed to smile for passport photos, thank you see you soon ❤

Calling McDonald a restaurant is a misnomer, and what they serve there is not food either.

A westerner here...the best thing Belarus can do, is forge new trading partnerships, as Russia has done, and not be dependent in any way on western countries. Plenty of options out there. Don't be intimidated by sanctions. Scrub around them. Go elsewhere for what you need. 😏

It's sad to see people who depend on branded things. There are so many unknown brands that have better quality and more unique offers.Sad very sad.
