In our "This is How I Do It" series, we take a look at how different Disc Dog trainers tackle teaching their dog essential moves and tricks, and mastering important Disc Dog throws!
In this video, World Champ Andrew Han shows us one of his signature moves. He and his dog Solar were one of the first teams to really utilize this move in various sequences to perfection. So much so, that some people just refer to this move as "AHan arms"!

1:17 my dog will not jump across my arm besides she'll go around me and eat the treat . So...

You can try doing it with your arm/fist against a wall - like in a hallway. That will not allow her to go around. Also start with your arm lower so she is almost just stepping over it to start with - makes it less of a barrier to getting the cookie!
