SCOTUS Justices are not above the law. Put a few of them in jail, and you will see a change.
i think that is incorrect. the SCOTUS are the highest law in the land and therefore do have some form of being above the law. They are the ones that pass the laws regarding how their 'gifts' are legal.
I think they are proving that statement false, they can do what they want and the Constitution be damned. This is the sad truth.

@@kingjames1308 They don't pass laws, they interpret law it's either constitutional or it's not. They also tell lower courts how to interpret the law. Only congress passes laws. Executive branch enforces laws. This is how is supposed to work.

It's clear he's not been as upstanding as we believed him to be. He's made things more difficult for himself by not coming clean, lying, and not recusing himself when he should have.
