Anyone else watch that interview on Fox and think to themselves, "THIS is how the CNN Town Hall should have been"? That interviewer was not letting Trump bully him and not answer the actual questions. He kept Trump on topic of the question(s) asked, and didn't let Trump skate off into the land of fantasy - except just enough to completely present his case... for the PROSECUTION.

I don't think there should be an audience at the actual debates, let the candidates eat each other for all I care. And townhall type events should have equal parts of the community in them not just sycophantic people there for one candidate.

The most shocking part is that the Fox interviewer actually asked Trump relevant and challenging questions for once. Surprised Trump didn't call him nasty, his usual response to difficult questions.

Interviewers need to watch this interview and take notes. It’s not just that Brett Baer was actually asking tough questions, it’s that he pushed through Trumps tactic of interrupting when he knows the question is a hard one. One of the first times I have ever seen Trump handled well and it totally shook him up.

I was about to say that I found it remarkable to see a Fox reporter actually doing his job for a change, and will add this: could it be that Murdoch and his employees actually *know* Trump will keep incriminating himself and are still bringing him in, when everything he says “can and will be used against [him] in a court of law”, as some sort of a trap because they’re just fed up with him?
