Haha food is always our top priority when we travel to new places 😂That apartment looks lovely and what a great price! Jori has been to Malaysia years ago before we new each other but I haven't (apart from the airport 😂) so we can't wait to get there one day!
Coming to Malaysia on the 4th Feb. Passing through Kuala Lumpa en-route to Tioman Island. I booked the holiday on your review. Staying at Japamala Resort. Who knows if we may bump into each other.
Welcome back. It's chinese new year now. Not sure hows the environment in KL, but for us in Kuching Sarawak, we have lots of ppl playing fireworks, house visiting and lion dance. Hope you girls will be able to experience some of that. House visiting is a culture here during any big festive season. We will be served with foods and drink and red packets for kids during Chinese New year.
Welcome back ladies! It's always a pleasure to see you again! Hope you ladies will have a beautiful time again in M'sia. My hometown. Is in Melaka and if you do decide to visit it once more, please pop over to the Peranakan Museum in Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock. The Peranakan culture is a unique one that you ladies need to experience. If you ladies decide to pay it a visit, please let me know. Hopefully I can get my cousin to show you around the place as he knows the Peranakan culture pretty darn well. Anyways it's the Chinese New Year. So wishing you a very happy and prosperous Chinese New Year! GONG XI FA CAI!

So happy that you're back in M'sia. If you haven't been to Batu Caves for the amazing Hindu festival of Thaipusam, it starts on 7th night & whole day 8th Feb. Google the festival. I don't think it is celebrated grander anywhere else than here. You have seen Batu Caves but the festival is an amazing carnival.
Wow 5th time that's real love right there! Well Pulau Pangkor is a nice option when all islands on the east coast of Malaysia are closed for monsoon season.
The family and I stayed at the Robertson Apartments in April 19. Remember that pool well,so nice. The 4 x days we had in KL went to quick. One place just out of KL we did visit was Berjaya Hills Rabbit Park (has around 200x rabbits to pet). Also has a Japanese Village including gardens and restaurant.
Hi I discovered you both just recently while researching the Perhentian Islands and Malaysia in general! I absolutely love your energy, your adventures and you have totally blown open my reserved British mind to begin my solo travel journey starting in KL. There are 2 activities that I'm interested in doing around KL but can't find out much about them and that's the Fireflies park at selangor and experiencing the sky mirror, which I understand can only be done twice a month, not sure why must be a sun, moon, stars thing! Hope you get the opportunity to experience these and report back lol.... loving your stuff, never stop!!
go to Pahang... and you can feeding the elephants at Kuala Gandah elephants sanctuary, or you can try the highest canopy walk in Asia at Taman negara @ national park, pahang... or you can try cable cars at genting highland, pahang... or you can explore the old tin mines by riding in the locomotives in the sungai lembing tunnels at sungai lembing, pahang. and of course you've been to cameron highland, that's also in pahang..
Welcome back for the two gorgeous girl to malaysia, I just came back from Pangkor, and it was great!! you can go for hiking, cycling or snorkelling or just lay down at the beach
Hi girls. Wow life is full of coincidences. My partner and I spent 2 1/2 months travelling through Malaysia from August to November last year. We also stayed at the Swiss Garden Residences and loved it. We also spent a week on Pulau Pangkor at the Anjungan Beach Resort which is between Nipah Bay and Coral Beach. Honestly we just loved it. Laid back, great food, fabulous beaches. I can't wait to go back.
pangkor... asked your host about pulau sembilan and see if you can stay there for a night (if its blue tears (a kind of glow in the dark algae) season)....you can also spend time en route to lumut or on the way back from there in teluk intan or kampar ..
If going to Negeri Sembilan or N9, u can enjoy a lot traditional environment such at the town of Kuala Pilah, Bahau, Tampin, Gemas etc. Visit to the royal town of Sri Menanti is a must as u can explore the original wooden Palace that being build without using any nails. I remember our first time coming to Malaysia (before deciding to settle there) we stayed in The Swiss Garden Hotel. They hadn't built the apartments at that time. This was about fourteen years ago. Staying in that hotel was fantastic & judging by the apartments next to it I can see that it provides all the best facilities.
I’m getting married this year and my partner and I are seriously considering Malaysia for our honeymoon. I’m binge watching all your old Malaysia videos for inspo :)
I would like to recommend you to stay at Langkawi Island, Malaysia for honeymoon. You can Google the info first. No regrets.
