if you research behind the production of final season you will start appreciating the staff instead of saying milking always because they were working on final season for 4 years straight without any break in between and how hard it was to pull of the manga in anime medium because final strech was very hard to adapt and they really elevate the source material

The loops you said about ending are not loops
1. Eren has power foinder that he can do anything
2. What happened to zeke is that ymir choose eren so he got control got over founding titan
3. The life being converted people to titan to it to survive and have founding as it's host ( my theory somewhat show also emphasized on it )
The 3 points you said I don't think are loop they may not explained it clearly
I think they did not explain about why ymir choose mikasa was the loop and some other loops
To me ending was i thought ending didn't leave to exceptation of rest of attack on titan
It was good idea to end this way but it felt rushed and some what not executed well
