Look at it this way. If you like something use the more amount, if you are unsure go with the lesser amount and adjust until you find what you like. For instance we weren’t sure on lemon pepper so we went with 2 instead of 3 and it was right. The hot sauce for the sauce I went right in the middle but next time I’ll go ahead and try the full cup next time.
Make it! 1 tablespoon of vinegar in a 1 cup measurer and then fill to the top with milk. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes but I like to make this ahead and keep it in the fridge for pancakes or chicken fry.
