I'm 39 and I'm here because I'm so sad for my husband
He is 52 and has become so self-conscious over his age after he was rejected in job interviews based on his age
He finally found a job, and I see that he is very self-conscious about his age being revealed
It truly breaks my heart to see this strong, intelligent and responsible man suffer like this
    It is not fair whatsoever

For someone who discusses ageism you sounded ageist to me. You said older people took care of grandchildren so people your age can go to work. What???!!!! I am 61 no children and am vital and want more jobs I don't want to be seen as a grandma -- I want what everyone of ALL ages want to live, eat and work in peace without pre-judgemet which you seem to do!!!!

5:00 There is a strong link between Alzheimer's and Type 2 Diabetes. Type 2 Diabetes can be prevented and managed by diet.
Also, Type 3 Diabetes” describes the hypothesis that Alzheimer’s disease, which is a major cause of dementia, is triggered by a type of insulin resistance and insulin-like growth factor dysfunction that occurs specifically in the brain.

although you biologically clearly could look either male or female, but there are genderless people based on their feelings or behavior , we should also make ageless orienation to fight ageism , besides feelings or behavior, you biologically clearly could look from another age

Your title says "health," not "mental health."
The implication of health in general and ageism is that you're claiming not to get less healthy as you age. I know that isn't true.
