I'm not a Zoe member as I live in Australia, but I have benefited greatly by incorporating Zoe's 'simple steps to better gut health' into my diet. I've also learnt so much from your fascinating videos. Thank you so much Zoe and keep up the great work!
@@zoeydeu2261 Our program is available in the UK and the US. We’re currently focused on making our program the best it can be where we currently operate, so while we don't have any plans to expand yet, this is definitely something we hope to be able to do in future.
Yes me too and I keep sharing your podcasts with friends spreading the word about ZOE here in Australia. Whilst I would love to have access to the personal test results I have benefited from listening to all the great interviews and reading many of the books that this has lead me to. Changing my breakfast to the Tim Spector standard and recognizing that I'm likely one of the many people who have the blood sugar spikes and crashes has been very beneficial. Keep up your great work.
I live in Canada and have followed the development of ZOE since documentaries on twin studies several years ago. The money to pay for all the research has to come from somewhere. The large amount of research data from the Zoe program is invaluable and is made possible in part by providing a personalized lifetime healthy eating plan for a not unreasonable fee. The information they learn from their studies is shared in their podcasts, and scientific papers available to the public for free. I think it is brilliant and I can't wait for my personalized program to be available here in Canada. Thank you Zoe Team!
I work as a doctor in Madrid and have to admit that I' ve learnt a lot from Zoe without having to pay anything and would like to thank you Zoe for all this amazing job👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤩
Looking forward to when Zoe starts to offer their IBS suitable product - Wish they'd also do one for severe GERD. The two together are a nightmare. Would love if they could apply theirs excellent evidence based approach to a variety of different dietary needs and issues, ask it's really impossible to get proper decent scientifically backed advice on how to be a super healthy diet person within the confines of various gut conditions crohns for example, there's a no evidence at all. It leaves people with trial and error and wondering which way to go to help us be the best versions of ourselves.
I started on the study in January and have slowly been adjusting to the whole regime and tests. I have been pretty methodical in recording my daily diet. Bottom line is I started to move out of 'just in pre diabetes' to lower glucose scores and won't know till I have a blood test BUT I no longer get any glucose spikes, have consistently good energy at 66, eat a very varied and fun diet. Basically I feel really well and also have no colitis flares - another reason for doing it. For me it's been quite slow and subtle but I love the results and being part of a scientific study that is helping us understand health mgt better.
I’ve used Zoe consistently for over a year. It’s really changed my dietary approach for the better with lowering of my cholesterol levels and weight and healthier gut microbiome. Reports are clear, App is easy to use with great tips and recipes. Good to see the METHOD research study results now providing objective evidence for efficacy. Expensive- yes. Worth it? Absolutely!
You don't need to sign up to the Zoe subscription to make your health better. Just follow Tim Spector's excellent advice in numerous articles and podcasts. 👍
Yes I’m interested in the ZOE programme and I’d say the study would be beneficial for those who have a poor lifestyle eating regime. Especially for those on low incomes who eat UPFs. However the costs are prohibitive for the majority especially in a cost of living crisis. Help those who can’t afford it!!

I am a Zoe member for a second season and finding recording every detail of every meal tedious - so I’ve stopped doing it! Nevertheless the knowledge gained through the program is totally beneficial. I have reduced weight from 92k to 75k, waistband by 5” and, at 87, consider myself quite fit. The Zoe team is/are brilliant.
i have been watching Zoe from the start. thank you for the valuable videos. I live in the middle east and although my diet is very good i suffer from IBS and gut motility issues. as i have understood Zoe program doesn’t tackle these issues but most people who watch diet and health videos have problems with their digestive. i hope you would incorporate digestive solutions to your program
Yep navigating all the random information you read or view can leave ones head spinning especially if you believe you have made healthy choices suddenly to learn that you shouldn’t eat nuts or tomatoes from some outlets or that all savoury carbs are bad for you……etc etc
Thank you so much, Anita! Hopefully we will be able to expand to Switzerland in the future - but in the meantime, you're already a part of our community. 💛
A lot of the test have prominently been done on Caucasian people and more financially well off individuals. So, I would like to see how this would work with shift workers and other ethnic groups to see the same results would still apply?

Can Zoe investigate body identical hormones so important for older women’s health. Do post menopausal women really improve gut, skin, heart health with lifestyle changes if their oestrogen receptors are not being activated?
There are Zoe free podcast episodes which cover menopause. Have a listen. They won’t comment on body identical hormones because they aren’t diet related.
Participants in the METHOD study were recruited by e-mail lists via our collaborators at Stanford and our own mailing lists, they were not existing ZOE members and did not pay to take part.

I think the best thing about Zoe is the marketing. I can't go a few hours without hearing more about Zoe. It's brilliant, could you let me know who is behind this fantastic campaign. It almost doesn't matter that people spend a fortune to find out stuff that could be either irrelevant or at best of marginal importance. What really matters is that we can see that marketing still works. People don't have to be sold high quality, reliable or even useful products. Anyone who says that has been sleeping. Keep up the great campaign and do let us know which company is behind all this excellent social media and marketing. I imagine it is British, the leaders in the field!
Thanks for the kind words of support, Alexander. We're proud to confirm that our own very talented team is behind all of our marketing, communications, and social media.
@@joinZOE Alas, I think this is actually a very sarcastic response from someone who doesn't actually know what Zoe is offering (or that you all give away basically all you've learned for free on your channel), and who is trying to gather clicks to his own channel by posting from that small account to a much larger account. (Comms team, you're doing great!)
