YES, YES, YES!!!!! EVERYTHING was Pitch Perfect!!! The vocals, that Harmony, the choreography, the stage attire, the musicians, especially that disco bass player!!! 👍🏾👌🏿!!!💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾
OMG!! I've never heard their version of this song and THEY ATE THIS UP!! YEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSS!! I LIVE!! I've got to share this!! I ESPECIALLY LOVE the fact that ALL 3 girls were able to take a LEAD on this and WORK!!
PHILLY SOUL.............. They killed this song............ what talent.........all three can sing .......listen to the harmony........ excellent arrangement..........WOW !!!!!!
WOW im impressed.... and I am a big Supreme fan. They flipped my attention. I am not sure how much of this was because of editing and/or my burning desire to see three black women presenting a show-stopping performance. And I love it Thank you.
@anthonypatterson6619 I am also a Supremes fan from WAY back, but when 'When Will I See You Again?' was released, I was instantly captivated by The Three Degrees. So there's room for both groups in my life!
This trio with Helen Scott is the best. The Supremes were good. As far as cherorgofee, singing talent from all three, looks, natural hair, movement to me they're the Boss. Diana I applaud you, for making the song. It was truly a hit with you. Nobody can take that from you. But the remake by these young ladies were absolutely beautiful. Congrats to Sheila, Helen and that other great voice.
That other great voice is Valerie Holiday who joined the group in 1967 or 68. She is the longest running member at 56 or 57 years now. check out her singing solo "What are you doing the rest of your life". ua-cam.com/video/ARc-Eq-l2rM/v-deo.html
Not only music but the dance is also very great especially when they turn. How can they do and design that. I also think of their many great show that may not be recorded.

Every song they sing there is good or or better than the original The Three Degrees the greatest female group of all time!! You can see they love to entertain the audience they were better than the Supremes and all of them were better than Diana Ross.
My favorite lineup, I spent 80 damn dollars on the Japan CD/mini LP of their 2 Giorgio Moroder albums about two years before they were released domestically on CD MUCH cheaper and both with bonus cuts. SMH
The best R&B/Pop female group ever. And I love the Supremes. But these ladies are better singers than any of the Supremes line up, except for Sherri Payne who can hold her own with just about anyone. .
I agree Dennis, these ladies are better singers. Unfortunately for them, they just didn't have the writers and musicians that Motown had. Although topnotch singers, some of the songs were not. Too bad they had to go to Europe to get the type of recognition they deserved.
They were definitely Diana Ross fans and of The Supremes. I could always see they wanted to be a more technical version of The Supremes and I think that’s great. I wish the Three Degrees could get their flowers in the U.S
You did an amazing job here, excellent sound and vid. But I have a question. Where did you take the vid from? And, I read on the site 'discogs' that the vinyl album wasn't really live but a studio recording "with faked taped audience sounds".
Muziekgenot I took the album track to make my extended version. They beformed this song on UK TV once. I took that recording, removed the sound and edited the video to match it with my extended mix. Took a couple of days😃
lee jim U're telling a box mouthed lie. There is no group better than these Supremes, Diana Ross, Florence Ballard, Mary Wilson, Cindy Birdsong, & Jean Terrell, & as for the rest of them, that's another story. Listen for urself the hits they accomplished hasnt, isnt & will never be topped by The Former Ladies Of The Supremes, The Three Degrees, The Emotions or any other female singing group, hands down!
Way too fast.....diana had more feeling....and it meant more. The song was written for diana based on how diana was feeling at the time. This version is ok...and visually very good.
Some may prefer thr Supremes version, but these ladies were better singers. These ladies are true performers. They didn't just stand around stiff, unlike the Supremes they were full of energy.

I missed Fayette and her time with them is my favorite but I think Helen was a perfect replacement. Beautiful women indeed.
Helen was actually the original member but left, to have a baby as I remember and Fayette took over.

Superb! Excellent choreography and sensational vocals on one of the most difficult songs to sing of the modern era.
They KILLED this! Wow, my love them has grown exponentially! Too bad this kind of talent doesn't exist anymore.
You are so right about that. I'd love to see a show like that live. That Harmony.....My God....just took my breath away...👍🏾

The Supremes never recorded this song. It was a ross solo written by Ashford/Simpson
There is no Supremes version, it is only Diana Ross, it is her song, since she is the Boss. :)

But The Three Degrees were a great group

Much to fast, The Boss....Diana Ross can only sing this, Three Degrees are a class act and still are, but not this song.
