Thanks to seeing this, after all these years, I finally learned it's Valerie who has that lead part on "Falling In Love Again"; sometimes it's difficult to tell who is singing the lead on certain songs.
They were there to promote the album New Dimensions, so yes they lip synched, which a lot of TV shows did at that time, it was the best way to demonstrate what the record was.
