Hey Dean, Hats off to your efforts! A quick question: if you wanted to export those eyebrows & eyelashes into a game engine (Unity, not to name it), how would you go about it? Is it possible?
Sure, you just have to convert it into a mesh. Though, it might be a bit higher poly mesh, it might exceed your poly count limit. Try to use the lowest profile segments settings.
Yes. For simple movement you use a Surface Deform modifier to the guide curve, before the Eyebrow generator. For more complex animation, you may want to convert the geometry to mesh and control it in other ways.
@@denoa3D I had a weird issue using a surface deform modifier where my eyebrows ended up being heavily deformed but only in the render, not in the viewport, solved it by aplying the surface deform modifier before rendering, just in case.
@@Krusnik66 There are some breaking changes from 4.0 to 4.1 regarding importing geometry nodes setups. If you get the latest version it should work just fine.
Its awesome that's you're making a walkthrough. I've bought your addon because I appreciate your efforts!
unfortunately the addon is crashing blender. not sure how to diagnose
simply changing the eyelash count crashed blender
i don't suppose you would make a simpler lightweight version?
Hey, that's weird, I can't recreate this issue. What Blender version are you using?
@@denoa3D 4.2

Can we use this eyebrow for animation character ?

Downloaded the 1.01 version and found many nodes were disconnected. Fixed some but can't find them all.
This is caused by the Blender version. Are you using the latest one (4.1)?
@@denoa3D 4.0 Just trying out different geo nodes people created.

@@denoa3D I'll give it a try, thank you. I'm in no hurry.
