**Pre 10-75 Arrival** 2nd ALARM Fire Spreads from Transformer into Apartment [ Manhattan Box 1323 ]

I arrived at around 21:06, roughly 6 minutes after the first calls reported fire at a construction site. The fire was actually in a transformer vault that was in the process of being worked on. That portion of the video can be found at the end. The fire knocked out power to two buildings and ended up extending through the electrical lines into apartment 4A of 241 west 108th street. An additional line was stretched to the basement of 235 west 108th street for extension into that building's electrical room. The fire was quickly contained, but a second alarm was transmitted to ensure enough manpower to search for fire extension in both highrise buildings.
