- I’m turning 26 soon, and before I officially step into a new age bracket (26-30… yikes!), I realized I never made a video about what I’ve learned at 25. So, here it is-5 things I wish I knew earlier.
This is a completely spontaneous, unfiltered breakdown of my thoughts. From living alone to finding true friendships, taking risks, and learning to be intentional, these lessons shaped me in ways I never expected.

Intro: Turning 26 & Why This Video Matters
Lesson #1: You Need to Be Alone in Your 20s (Living alone, growing independence, and appreciating my parents more)
Lesson #2: True Friends Are Rare (The importance of quality over quantity in friendships)
Lesson #3: By 25, You Should’ve Done Something Risky (How I started my first business with just P35,000)
Lesson #4: Investing in Health & Wellness (My fitness journey, gym struggles, and why nutrition changed everything)
Lesson #5: Be Intentional With Your Life (Questioning traditions, breaking cycles, and setting goals with purpose)
Final Thoughts: Why I Haven’t Talked About Love Life Yet (My personal take on relationships at this stage)
This year taught me a lot, and I know there’s so much more to come. Let me know in the comments: What’s one lesson YOU learned at 25? Or, if you’re not 25 yet, what’s something you’re looking forward to learning?

Hi po! Just curious how did you get good in speaking english? I am good in written but bad in speaking english (also dont have a speaking buddy). I would really appreciate your advice.
Thank you 😊
i’m no expert but i just try to record my voice over and over and try to improve. i also watch sitcoms!!
Advance happy birthday Ms. Julia! Love everything you shared. I'm 26 already, and sometimes, I kind of feel like I'm starting from scratch again at this point of life. This video has been encouraging and assuring that I'm somehow taking the steps to the right direction, but there's still definitely a long way to go!
Also amazed that you go to gym despite the scoliosis! I have scoliosis as well, and have been wanting to go to gym, but aside from the costs, the fear of being unable to find a coach who knows how to properly train people with my condition kept me from pursuing the idea all together.
I'd probably end up writing a whole letter-size essay if I comment on how each point resonated with me so I'll end it here. 😂😅
Thankful and blessed to meet you (online :D)!
🤍
