    Deer Gawd! I love sitting in saunas and have never even considered going as high as 200F. That’s crazy hot.

    A brisket cooks best at 200 farenheit. Dont slow cook y'all selves

    Most saunas are between 165 and 185

    Automóvil engines r built not to go over 200 degrees. If u do urself it's simple ur e gine will survive but my engines went hot about 10 times n nearly 1 year later 1 pistón lost comprensión so there. Wat will it do 1ur brain. 😢

    The the LA Fitness sauna in Orlando is 180 in the dry and 110° in the wet. I've worked up to a half an hour in the dry after 2 years of Keto, limiting sugar, wheat, corn, rice and soybean oil. 2 years ago I couldn't mow my yard in the middle of August. Now I can go without a break at High Noon

    Why do a spin class inside of an infrared sauna at 130 degrees and I cannot take it anywhere over 130° f. That's as high as the saunais go....
