Try Sage, linden, camomile tea. Or Milupa German Baby sleep tea. I spoon in a warm water or I used to work for health center 300 patients a day. I did not even bother water it is sweet granules. Just I sip. It used to knock me down as 42 yo. 88 kg woman in 5 minutes. Medicines are so addictive. You can get tired or eat lots of yoghurt,Melissa Tea or banana with honey. Or my latest lullaby is Forensic Files knocks me down in 5 minutes. Never used tb for sleeping despite 7 cups coffee.... Try to sleep peacefully...

Stoicism is the ability to endure pain or hardship without displaying feelings and without complaint. It's not the opposite of optimism.
An optimistic person looks for the positive aspects in a situation. That doesn't prevent them from handling problems. In fact, it may help them to deal with less than ideal situations because they expect to be able to. 😊😊

I think that is a common thought, but in my expirience these two can be held at the same time, though it certainly makes us think through what the relatiobship is between God and evolusjon. If you are interested in digging deeper, biologos has a channel on UA-cam, Kallistos Ware and Sarah Coackley are also theologians who explore this topic. Have a blessed day friend!

I always observe how someone looks and the quality of their sound (timbre). Even his voice does not sound youthful. I can't put my finger on it...but something is off about the quality of his voice. I wonder if he is vegetarian. My elderly father and elder mother in law have great voices (timbre)....unlike Charlotte Gerson and T. Campbel (both vegans)...yes the former 2 lived long but so are my father and mother in law living long (they eat meat but they don't over eat it)....they are more vibrant at the same ages as them and have strong timbre. So, I would bet Dr. Amen is vegan. He would benefit from having meat even if only 3 times per week. Also, Gerson and Campbel have a grayer skin texture compared to my father and mother-in-law. So, I think that is his problem--vegetarian. Should eat meat 3 x per week.
