Dr. Dray, is there a treatment for nose hair overgrowth? Like a laser or something? My nose is atrocious post menopause! Like TMI but really it’s taken off and a nose hair trimmer makes itchy sticks of stubble and irritates my nose.

Everyone's microphone thing is getting weirder and weirder. And UA-cam changed their app again and it's so confusing. What happened to the description? And you have to pin everything in comments? And so many ads pop-up, I can't watch anything.
I would never buy skincare on Amazon. The majority of stuff on there is from people buying liquidation pallets and shipping them to Amazon to sell. Many are expired and old packaging. Just like you would find at Marshalls or Ross. You may get it broken or half the product has leaked out. Some are even counterfeit. Never for me.
You have to click MORE. but its hard because dr dray @s her name in the title. so you acciddently can click on that too easily. You don't have to pin everything, she chooses to i'm sure. Ad blocker can help ads if youre on the computer.
Brands have storefronts on amazon so you're buying directly from the brand, not from a third party.

Thank you for mentioning that the Sun Bum leave-in conditioner had a coconut scent. I was just about to click on it to buy it but I cannot do a coconut scent. I can’t do scents in general but big yuck on coconut. I appreciate it when you list things that are fragrance free and if they’re not mentioning what the smell is.
The product itself is really great , I have semi gray hair and I use like 2 squirts on my hands and lightly rub it through dryer areas of my hair. I do love coconut scent though !

I got the hair brush a while ago due to dandruff and this brush has taken it away. I think it was buildup actually. But i use the same amount of shampoo

I really do find that the hydrocolloid patches help with inflammation. So satisfying seeing the inflammatory exudate the following morning.

Dr Dray, the shampoo brush you linked is slightly different from the one you use. They make two variations. One has the two different bristles and the other has only pointy bristles.
Thanks for the reminder about the benefits of using lactic acid for the prevention of thinning skin. I'm always on the lookout for economical, fragrance free product options that contain my favorite ingredients. I just found a promising product that is meant for "working hands" that I will try next... for slugging my skin where it is thinner (around my eyes, neck and back of hands). It contains lactic acid, allantoin, dimethicone, aloe vera etc. I
It is called Plunkets NS Hand Repair Intensive and is only AU$10.99 for a 150g tube. Firstly, I had better check the ingredients on my other hand & foot creams (w' urea) to see how they compare for lactic acid content. I don't want to double up on ingredients...but do like a good reason to purchase & try something new! I am not concerned that my skincare products don't have luxurious packaging, as long as they are effective!

I have KP on my upper arms and thighs and wanted to try the Amlactin for these areas, however, I do have sensitive/dry skin and chronic urticaria that flares up pretty often. I am between purchasing Amlactin and the SA lotion from Cera Ve. What would you recommend?

its a great product in my experience. it healed my HS for one of my underarms. The other bpo cleansers, while good, did not heal it as the acnefree did. They also have a 10% new one that i'm yet to try but excited to in the future.

You should try lily & fox nail wraps, they don't charge shipping, are really cheap and they last forever. The best part is when it's time to take them off, you don't even have to use nail polish remover, you just peel them off. I reckon they must be a lot safer for your nails because of that - not sponsored - lol. I'm in Australia, don't know if they are available worldwide but there are similar products out there

Irritation usually resolves in a few weeks, but for some can take 4-6 weeks

Hi Dr Dray, do you have any comments on beard dyes men use? I find them so drying since I started using skincare products like retinol, salicylic acid and cerave skin renewing moisturiser. I bought a bottle of Amlactin at Costco and the smell is not pleasant. I put it on at night and the next morning it still smelled, had to shower it off before work. Does anyone know if this is normal or did I get a bad bottle?

Normal. It does have a smell. I don’t mind it too much. For me it seems mostly gone the next day but the magic it works on my skin is worth it to me. I just use it 1-2 nights a week

Darn I already ordered Avene XeraCalm AD cream. Hopefully it's as effective as Cetaphil Restoraderm Flare Up Relief cream.
I think The Inkey List is a good brand, but I don't like how the majority of their products expire within 6 months. I found myself not being able to finish everything before the expiration.
I was considering doing a big inkey stock up, but you've made me reconsider lol. I usually use my inkey products faster, and I live in an extremely dry climate, so it's safer to "push it" on expiry dates here, but I hadnt thought about how theyll expire if stockpiled. Also i really get frustrated with their packaging. So much of it is just the wrong design for the formula, esp the oils. I think this is a good time for me to look around now that there are so many affordable skincare brands. I'm trying to downsize my routine, maybe I'll look into timeless more.

What will be the problem if the sunscreen somehow gets into the mouth? Because many chemical face sunscreens can get into the mouth in different ways (although it's more likely not). But if the body sunscreen is applied on the fingers, it can enter the body during meals. Chemical lip spf can also enter the mouth during meals. In that case, is it harmful for pregnancy/breastfeeding mother/teenagers?

I got the Amlactin but it was sticky and smells bad. Shaking it up helps the smell some but it isn't pleasant. I do think that after 3-4 days my very dry hypothyroid skin looks moisturized but I didn't stick with it. I have had a Ninja blender for maybe 10 years and I did have to order a replacement pitcher some years ago but I used the old cracked on that hubby fixed with glue for a long time before I broke down and got a new one. It is nice that you can get replacement parts as needed. It is a great blender. Yours looks like a newer model than mine

amlactin can help KP yes. Cerave moisturizing cream or lotion would not have exfoliating properties

Yes it does. The hear can degrade the ingredients. So, never ever leave sunscreen in a warm environment.
