Stagg MH-D05 Drum Mic Clip Review

This is a review of the Stagg MH-D05 Drum Mic Clip / Mount Microphone Holder and a VERY brief comparison to the Samson DMC100 clips (which broke straight away so I sent them back).

Good review. Do these clips cause any vibrations to be picked up through drum mics when recording? Or are they ok?

For years I often use Latin Percussion’s LP claws for most of my mics for my drums and other hardware. They’ve been around for many years and they’re pretty versatile. A little pricey but worth it because they last a really long time.

What is a good clamps that goes on an 8" and it has the tama superstar brackets. I have the senheiser e604 mics and the brackets are in the way of the clamps.
