I love to order a lot and then have a big try on party at home…keep a few of my favorites and send the rest back. It gives me something fun to do since I don’t live near a Nordstrom. I go shopping in store just a couple times a year when I visit Dallas and Nashville. This year I’m trying lots of jeans, booties, sweaters, sleeveless sweaters, and blazers mostly. I wasn’t really interested in beauty much this year-I feel really good with what I already have. Excited to see what items I end up loving!
Talking of feet: I found a local podiatrist about 15 years ago and I honestly cannot live without her now! I religiously visit her every 6-8 weeks - although I am more than capable of cutting my own toe nails, she does that for me, shaves off any hard skin all over my feet, then moisturises them for me. It costs me a few dollars only as my Private Medical Insurance covers nearly all of it. We often neglect our feet, yet we depend on them to get us around every single day without another thought. If you want to feel like you're walking on air and have a new lease of life....visit a Podiatrist. There...I said it!! 🙂
I love the "talking of feet" intro!! I tried a Podiatrist about 2 years ago for help with a stubborn callous, and he was less than helpful.. I would love to find one that I love and will keep looking! You have inspired me not to give up on the search. Thank you!
I used to be a big Nordstrom Anniversary Sale shopper when I lived in a colder climate - for boots, coats, sweaters, etc. now I just peruse the beauty section and this year there’s nothing from my wishlist at all so…yay! Great picks and thanks for sharing!
The pink sweater would look great on your beautiful skin! I've also begun wearing more whites and ecru lately--thinking it'll make me look more fresh. Not sure if it's working though! 😅

Hey, I have never seen you on u-tube.... I have to tell you, that you come across as a very relatable woman. Which is a great thing! I do watch u-tube videos, it's the only form of social media that I watch. I'm old school, when it comes to techy thing's, and that's perfect for me. I can watch, and listen to classic music videos that I really enjoy, etc. Also, I have subscribed to follow some skincare, makeup and fashion people, however sometimes I get disappointed in them, because they sort of start coming across as too self absorbed, maybe narcissistic? Anyway, finding someone that really wants to give honest information, is key for me. And many of my friends as well. I'm sure you understand. I want to watch genuine women that are kind, and truly care to give helpful advice. Thank you for your video. I see you don't have a subscribe channel...I hope you will consider starting one. Hi Jennifer. I don’t know if you see comments from other videos from a while back. I just commented on your LV Iena video from 6 years ago. I am wondering if you still have that bag and if the handles ever started giving you issues? I have had mine about 9 years and the handles just started cracking and splitting apart.
Hi! I do still have my original Iena and have added another one in monogram to my collection because I love it so much. Mine has not had any cracking issues, but I don't use it as a daily bag very often. I grab it on days and in situations where I know I will need the extra room of a tote with the added benefit of the the zipped top and outside front pocket (love that!) I would look into what it would cost to have the handles replaced. Hopefully it won't be too much and will give you many more years with your bag. Let me know how it goes for you!
