What is the name, metric, specifications for the top 12 screws to attache the whole Push/pull config?? I have this problem with my Lian Li. My top cover does not close because i had to use radiator screws (with huge head). Please tell me if you can, the name of these screws flat headed you used to be able to close the top cover
I mailed Lian Li last Dec. 7, 2020 regarding on the specs. They only respond with this "6#32 30mm screw." So what I did is to go to my nearest Bolts store "King Bolt" located here in PH where they make different kinds of bolt, length and size until I found same size but different length. I cut mine with the same length of the screws that come with the lian li aio. I've also tried the M3x screws. Good luck mate!
I have a question regarding the fan setup for these. I am really interested in buying the same three fan pack in your video. I would like to place two fans as intake in the front, and ONE IN THE BACK AS EXHAUST. Would that be possible as it only looks like there is one cable for the PWM and RGB to connect to the hub. Also, did you have to buy any additional cables to make this work out or was everything needed already in the included box? A response back would be greatly appreciated!
You can. The 3 pack of Lian Li SL120 comes with 1 hub and 3 cables for pwm and argb for 3 fans. Everything you need is included. You can double check it here: lian-li.com/product/uni-fan-sl/ middle part of the page :) Good luck! 😁
@@Hobbyist16 Thank you so much! I’ve been wanting to add RGB fans to my case for awhile but the idea of needing so many fan splitters, etc. kinda set me off from being interested until I found these fans. These are quite perfect for me since they have a minimalistic RGB style which is exactly what I need as well as the convenience of having as few cables as possible as I only have two system fan headers so this certainly will help a ton.
but if you have your radiator on top, you have your top fans as outtake? isnt that bad for ur watercooler to use that as outtake fans? bc as far as i can see you have bottom intake. back intake. behind outtake and top outtake but top is ur radiator??
It's the chimney method, and best fan settings for air flow on thid case. Fan settings are Back as exhaust Top as exhaust - push pull aio Side as intake Bottom as intake

Uhm I didn't. Because atm this is my current lights facebook.com/Hobbyist16/videos/298532965181473/
Hey dude, Nice Pc, a question why did you add 4 memory Ram sticks if this aorus Motherboard supports only dual channel?
My ram kit is a quad stick. It is proven that using four sticks of ram with samw frequency and capacity gives you more fps. Check it out with gamersnexus, hardware unboxed. Linus. Bitwit. Jay2centz pauls hardware techsource and etc.
Thank you! ❤️
How did you get that front led light working on the case???
there's a argb cable for it.
Hi, great construction. I have the same configuration with the same fans, the only thing is that I can't synchronize the fan colours! Can you tell me how you plugged them in?
I used the fan hub that comes with the lian li, it's plugged in to one of the argb slot in the mobo. if you are referring to the peripherals rgb. I only used the same color effect in their own rgb software
@@Hobbyist16 I have 2 hubs for the 9 fans and I also have the hub for the Lian Li Strimer Plus cables.
@@Shatterstar4 same thing. I have 13 fans including aio fans, and strimer plus
@@Hobbyist16 So I have the fans on the AIO, and the one on the back (which is alone) plugged into the HUB. And then the fans on the bottom and the ones on the side are connected to the second HUB. Do you also have a fan?
Did you set the fans to PWM mode?
What software do you have? I have L-CONNECT. Thanks for your answers.
@@Shatterstar4 using the L- connect. I leave everything as default they're super quiet even in heavy load. I only used 1 hub for all fans
I love watching things i can't afford or maybe one day...nice build👍👍🏾

How much is the price of the device with the secren, keyboard and mouse? What type of keyboard, mouse, and secren?

Dayummm. U pretty much have the exact setup I was looking to build. Haven’t decided on the graphics card yet. Don’t know if I want the Radeon 6900 or GeForce 3080 or 3090.. it everything else is practically the same. Even have the same Ram, m.2s and Mobo!! How do u like your build? What would U change if you had to do it over or would it stay the same?
It's fantastic and definitely met my expectation, It would be the same
@@Hobbyist16 will do man thanks for the response!! Much appreciated
ur insane if u get anything other than the 3080 or 3090

@@ItsMeSpiro5 yea I got the 3090!
Very nice! How did you get all the RGB working. I’m struggling to get them all on at once.
Thank you, I used the same rgb effects to all of them 😁
This CPU doesn't have Blu-ray conection and internal card reader but can I find a modern CPU well ventilated?
I don't need those XD
I did this build. But regular o11x, 3080 gaming x trio, Seasonic 850. 2 1tb 970 Evo ssd and 3 custom 8 pin wires. Came out to like 3,300.
Nice 👍 🙂
You can double check it here: lian-li.com/product/uni-fan-sl/ middle part of the page :)
Good luck!
@@_.Envy_ no prob, good luck with it! 😁
but if you have your radiator on top, you have your top fans as outtake? isnt that bad for ur watercooler to use that as outtake fans? bc as far as i can see you have bottom intake. back intake. behind outtake and top outtake but top is ur radiator??
It's the chimney method, and best fan settings for air flow on thid case. Fan settings are
Back as exhaust
Top as exhaust - push pull aio
Side as intake
Bottom as intake
I love your build but how did you controlling rgb on gskill ram with aorus motherboard ? What is the software that you use to sync it. I want to build my pc with black and white theme but the only component that i can't sync the rgb is my gskill ram

They should.

Nice job! Did you plug all of the rgbs into the unihub? How did you manage to make all of this rgb work? I`m planning to build my first PC (which is identical to yours, but white) and I am struggling to manage all the rgb connections. Thanks bro!
Thank you! I used it's respective controller hub.I only use the same effect on trashy rgb fusion, L-connect and razer synapse. But there's a way that you can properly sync em all. Kindly look up razer rgb chroma hub. I think it allows you to sync all your rgb stuff and use one software, please double check. I opt out to it coz I am using different lightning shows now specially with L-connect and razer synapse, it's so responsive unlike rgb fusion.

Another question. When you connect all six fans to the radiator, how do u connect it to the top of the xl case when there aren’t anymore screw holes left because they are taken up by the fans being screwed into the Rad
There should be an screw holes for each side. screw the fans into the rad
@@Hobbyist16 did u find it difficult to align the top fans on the radiator with the holes on the top of the case with the cpu 8 pin power cables sticking out so much? I have the cable extensions by asiahorse and they stick out so much so that it’s hard to get the radiator far enough back for the holes so that I’m able to screw them in.
Mine fits very well not fitting issues.
did you have to use 2 controllers for the fans?
One controller only
@@Hobbyist16 how did you like 5 groups to 1 controller? i have top, bottom, and side, plus aio...but would like to have 1 extra exhaust on the back.
I have my aio directly to the mobo. So I can adjust separately. If that would be your plan. Not sure if if you need a splitter or use two controllers. Better email lian li if having splitter on controller is safe. They respond to mails quick
Did you use the hdmi cacle that the gigabyte monitor came with?
I am using the display port cable

Hi, I've got a question.
Which fans are intake and exhaust? I'm kinda new to pc building.
Intake side and bottom
Exhaust back and top
I want to upgrade my pc but i have 2 choices 5900x or i9 11900k. I dunno which is better
In my own opinion, It's r9 5900x. You have the capabilities of overclocking with easy steps. I think new intel cpu doesn't allow oc. Do not quote me on that and please do double check the info.
They are quite similar in performance depends on the game that you play. For me, 5900x is better been using mine for gaming and some video editing practice. Also You'll have more options for your motherboard etc.
Is RGB fusion able to control the RGB on the the Lian Li fans?
Yes bro, you just need to plug argb pin from the controller to mobo
Hey. Hope you doing good . I liked this build and Which CPU case is that?
Doing great, thanks for asking. 😁 it's the Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic XL

Are you using rgb fusion 2.0 to control the lighting ?
Yes, razer synapse. Rgb fusion and lian l connect. Most of the time I am only using the rgb fusion.
