I just purchased this unit at Cabella's with a bit of hesitation. After seeing your video it reassured my anxiety this may not be a questionable product. Water and lube seem to be the key factors while the machine and operator the control. Thanks for the thorough review, know I can work through the process with some confidence
I just bought this unit from Cabela's today after trying to stuff sausage through a meat grinder. This unit saved me. I did about 30 pounds of venison sausage. Pretty easy to use. Easy clean up. Lube is the key. No regrets on this one. Great video. Thanks..

Do they still sell this model? I can’t find it on the website. Do you remember how much you paid for it?
Do you all prefer a manual over an electric stuffer?
Manual needs an extra person to handle the sausage as it comes off, if you are doing it by yourself, get an electric one.

Sorry mate you canot make a sasauge , you have no recipe no moisture of intenses . Maybe this stuffer is good but your skills are hopeless.
