Mouth watering tender pork loin when done at 135F for 6 hours. In the video, I used 140F, but the meat comes out moister at 135F. You can find your temperature to suit your tastes. My family really enjoys pork steaks more when done this method.

This delicious twist on a holiday favorite. The smoker adds a nice flavor to the meat and still keeps it moist and tender. Note that I slightly undercooked this bird, so it was not as tender as it should have been and did not fall apart like my other attempts. Still was incredible and I heated up the underdone parts for leftovers.

Lump charcoal smoker with apple wood chunks. This chicken tastes amazing and is so juicy. The apple wood provides an awesome flavor. I did this cook at -7 to -9C, so this works in the winter as well. Enjoy!
