My response to president Aliyev,
I listened to the whole interview and tried to put every bias aside and truly be open for understanding and peace. However, I realized that our distrust towards you is correct because you confirmed it when you said that you don’t have any territorial claims inside Armenia but there will be 100 thousands of Azerbaijanis who will need to return to live in Armenia at some point when diplomatic relations are established. This proves that all along you were not only after Karabakh but also influence in Armenia. It is clear that you will force Armenia to accept these Azerbaijanis as residents of Armenia and what comes after that is clear to see that it’s just a political strategy to gain power inside Armenia. So by saying this you showed us your true intentions and therefore there can never be peace. It is clear this fight is not just about Karabakh but for the very existence of Armenia in the future as a country lead by Armenians themselves as is the right of every person in this world which is to govern themselves. The Armenian people know this and that is why there are so many delays with this peace process because it is not a true and fair peace deal but an opportunity for you to begin your true agenda of controlling Armenia. We would rather die than to accept this and I am saying this as a person who tried to have peace with you but then I realized it is impossible because of who you are. Azerbaijan needs a new leader so there can be the possibility of peace.

Maybe armenians living in karabakh and azerbaijanis living in armenia will provide some sort of balance for the peace options as if in the future one party tries to deviate, the other would threaten punishment in some sort. Between the years of 1918 and 1990, in three separate periods thousands of Azerbaijanis were forced to leave their historical lands, which was areas inside today's Armenia. Number of people deported was close to 200 thousand only between 1948-1953. Now, if Aliyev states that there are 100 thousands of Azerbaijanis that should return to Armenia, he does not say it because he wants to reveal his intentions, he says it because it is the just action to take. Now will they want to return? I do not think so. But still from the human rights point of view, they have right to live in their own lands. Just like Armenians who lived in Azerbaijan before the war. Thus, there is no threat towards the existence of Armenia at all. It is just international practice followed. Now you might ot might not like Aliyev, but you have to accept that your reading of his statements are inaccurate and your intention of peace was quite fragile.

Mr. President, there are many cases of double standards in the world. Some said whatever came to their mind. It is clear that they are financed by the Armenian lobby. UN representatives came to Karabakh and their decision was that there was no massacre or ethnic cleansing in Karabakh.
For a long time, separatist, terrorist Armenian militants were promised a high degree of autonomy within the Republic of Azerbaijan. But they did not accept this and asked for "independence". It is clear that this "independence" covered up the occupation of the territory of Azerbaijan by Armenia. That is, if they were "independent" in the future, they would join Armenia.

For one second imagine how Jews would feel if Germany denied the holocaust or imagine how you would if your loved one was killed and the killer denied it even though 100 people saw him do it....
