Best Sri Lankan Christmas Cake recipe !

Ingredients
Pumpkin preserve (puhul dosi) 250g
Raisins 250g
Sultana 250g
Ginger preserve 125g
Chow chow 125g
Candied peel 125g
currents 100g
Cashew 250g
Cherry 125g
Spices: cardomom, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg ( 1/4 teaspoon)
Rose essence 1 table spoon
Almond essences 1 tbls spoon
Brandy 2 tbl spoons
Honey 1 tbl spoon
Semolina (rulan) 250g
Salted butter 250g
Soft sugar 250g ( i mentioned 500 in video by mistake. please use 250g)
Egg yolks 12
Egg whites 4
Flour 30 g
Baking powdee 1 tea spoon
Vanilla 1 tea spoon

මට මේ වගේ වැඩක් කරද් දි කවුරුවත් කතාකරනවටවත් කැමැති නැහැ ඒත් ඔයා ගොඩාක් තරුණ දරුවෙක් වෙලත් අපිට විස්තර කරන ගමන් ලස්සන ට වැඩේ කරා ඔයා දැනට හොද ගුරුවරියක් හොද පෙම්වතියක් හොද ගෘහනියන් මට විස්වාසය් ඔයා අනාගතේ හොද බිරිඳක් හොද අම්ම කෙනෙක් වෙනවා . ඔයා හරි අව්‍යාජ කෙනෙක් ඔයාව සජීවිව දැකල නැතත් මම ඔයාට හරි ආදරෙය්. මට ඔයාගෙ ඒ වාසනාවන්ත අම්මගෙ photo එකක් දකින්න ආසය් අම්ම හොද දුවෙක් හදල තියෙනවා. සුබම සුබ නත්තලක් ඔයාටය් ඔයාගෙ boy friend ටය්. (මට එයාගෙ නම හුරු නැහැ 😆)

It's a lovely cake. Thank you and merry Christmas.things availability at one place is excellent.there is no cake tastier than Sri Lankan Christmas cake.i think mix a bit of pure orange juice,ginger and lemon,butter,give it a unique taste.without use Suger you can use fruit juices to get the taste of sweet.when you cut eggs don't add directly to the one dish,first one put to a cup and put to to a lager dish,do it one by one,because some eggs are spoiled,if one spoiled egg mix with others,you have to throw away all.you must read the news papers daily.you must aware of what is happening the country you are living.sly is a nice person,you too is a great girl.wish you both for a great life ahead.all your videos are very atractive to watch.thank you.

Watching your Christmas cake Making the whole process remembered my childhood how my mom Started to make the cake before Christmas I remember as a child we would love to help her so she would ask all three of us to come help to cut the dry fruits, and how when she’s not looking we Eat the Fruits.
