chevy wont tell you that first production cars have no oil filter...also ,,they brag about bonded brake lining..but wont tell you that after a few miles down then road the bonded lining can brake apart and fall off the brake shoe...or get cracked from heat ..and ford was using the y block design since 52 in the lincoln and larger truck use.....and chevy had NOTHING on the crown victoria ,,,NOTHING..i guess thats why they didnt talk much about it
Y blocks are junk. 650# of stacked port, low output nonsense. There's a reason you never see em. Same with Crown Vics and red corvettes only slow old guys drive that stuff.
Yeah it works quite well when the sound is missing. I may have to get a couple voices saved... I used the free stuff but it's fairly expensive... Not really worth it when I get so few views. I honestly should probably spend my time on more productive things... I do buy most of my films and this is a losing proposition...
Goes Karen?? Lol 55 Fords are a face only Henry's mother could love. 55 Plymouths are like a snaggletooth stray dog that shows up on your porch you feel bad for it and feed it. Harley Earl and his guys created a masterpiece. SBC's and TRI FIVES forever!!
I love these old films, but please drop the ridiculous thumbnail and title. It’s just stupid and unnecessary. The people who are watching these films are not going to be attracted by this kind of stuff.
I wanted to try it out... I'm not a fan of the AI thumbnail either... but this was an experiment... It seems to be upping my views... so it's working? which is sad... I don't intend on using them consistently... I think it kind of represents GM's being tired of Ford's BS in the film.. UA-cam killed my channel for some reason in the last couple weeks or my subs simply didnt like the Corvette films? :)
@@autochronicles8667 Is the announcer AI too? That's not a bad idea if the original audio's lost, if anyone doesn't like it they can just watch with sound off.

I think Chrysler had bonded brake pads also but they didn't separate.
Optional oil filter and bonded brakes are used to this day

Well.. the bonded brakes, yes .
Must be why we see so many ‘55 fords compared to Chevrolets… but I get it, it’s the car that stole the hot rodders from ford…

The Chevy body style is years behind Plymouth and Ford !!!
Thats the funniest thing I've read in a long time. There is only one TRI FIVE.
Did I just hear "kill-inder block"?
Say what?
That guy tied his tongue..
I was wondering if this was a modern AI voice overlay because of that 😂

Thats kind of what I meant, they were not having any Ford's talk :) they knew they had a good car.
never realized that ford and plymouth for 55 still used the 6 volt electrical system!
Yeah Plymouth was like "it works doesnt it!" :) but would switch quickly..
That was one of the worst dealer films I've ever seen. The narration reeked of desperation. Much prefer Chrysler's low key road test films
You'll get more views with a more accurate title. You can tag (#) Karen, etc in your description if you think it will help.
Several narration variations from the text.
