It’s def better to sit down as a unit & plan out the process & progression of the business because if it’s gonna be BIG then it def takes time figuring out production , marketing , promo models (other than you) to help expand & once it does… a warehouse💘 I know it can be a beautiful outcome but patience ? It’s most def needed in this type of work✅

This not about me and quick money. That is a false narrative on what this really is
Dess have you tried the fenty soft matte foundation? I tried it for the first time 2 weeks ago and now I use it instead of my Mac foundation. Not to mention just like you I had to mix two foundations to find the right shade but with fenty I only have to use one.
I would love to see a MAC haul of the products you’re using now
I think the hair business venture would be very good for you and your family. Just try to keep talking her into it lol, sometimes it can be hard for parents to see bigger because of the difference in times and mindsets.

As long as y'all have a trust(s) in place your mom should definitely listen to you in terms of expanding the brand long term because naturally you will outlive her and it will be something to pass on to your future daughter(s) ! period! I will say this though from my experience working with parents, having their role/job descriptions clearly outlined already helps tremendously. Having things in place and approaching her from the standpoint of "look mom, all you gotta do is this, I got ABC covered!" they will appreciate this at the end of the day because our parents are really our children in spirit Hope this helps XOXO - Expressed By Nadira

Don’t be laughing at our NYC outdoor eateries. They are boxes tho - 1st built as a option to eat “out” during the pandemic then all the owners decided that they can make more $$$ keep the out door eateries and fill up the inside restaurant as well but I wish they all would get rid of those additional outdoor eating places bcuz they’re taking up our already limited street parking!

Yet again Dess bring pressure every time✔️being transparent. God gives many of us vision but he shows us when we are ready to receive it. What I am saying is allow God to continue and show you the vision for you and your mom hair growth and allow him to use you to get the glory. Your mom will start to believe not in your words but in the actions put forth in this project. But you have to speak to the lord and really ask him to guide you beloved. You got this …But in this process keep your dedication to the project consistent…don’t start off strong and then feel disappointed if your mom don’t see it you stay consistent. And girl I love me some you …but if you ever have me watch a video of you doing your makeup and hair as your partial vlog to create content….girl. 15 plus minutes is a stretch…give that to social media …I come here to see your grind and you moving …not standing in the mirror beloved ….Respectfully

Idk. Moms just straight up don’t care when it comes to their daughters opinions. Facts. She just feeling like “ it’s not your business “. Especially if she’s a young mom. My mom is 50 and still think she doesn’t need a contributing party for her business.
