I know that I commented earlier but I just want to say that this pc build guide was perfect, you talked through everything and really gave a thorough explanation to everything that you were doing. 10/10!!!!
Thank you!!
The username though
@@madduxxx2636 haha 🤣
@@madduxxx2636 Why did you make us look? LOL
love the name! LMFAO
Did I just watched this a hole hour and I dont even have a PC😂😂
Me too! I’m trying to learn though for when I get a pc 😂
Same i just love building guids and pc stuff in general
Yes you did
I’ve watched a lot of build videos but this is the one I recommend to people just starting out. Just perfect. All the others rush though the process and don’t explain it well enough. They expect people to know terms like “M2, PCI-E, and SATA” but you went to the trouble to explain everything perfectly. Thanks!
Thank you so much for actually going into detail and showing everything on how to build a pc, instead of just fast forwarding the "boring parts". Even the fact that you show how to install both different types of CPU's really impresses me with your effort. Can't wait to use this to build my PC!
And here is the OTHER video that I relied on during my FIRST BUILD EVER yesterday. You are the MAN, @Robeytech !
I’ve been watching this channel for 3 years now and I have really learnt a lot. Thank you Robey!!!!
Happy to hear that!
Nice name 😂😂😂
It says you only joined 2 years ago liar.....
@@masteroogway5716 have you ever heard of watching without an account?
Wow! 10 minutes in when you went over the motherboard I knew I would be okay building my first pc watching your video. Extremely detailed. Best instructional video on youtube, and I have watched many. Thanks.
These videos have been so educational! I'm building my first PC next week, and watching these definitely make me feel more confident in being able to build on my own! Thanks Robeytech!
When I have the funds I'm going to build a $950, budget build. Your videos have really helped me with some part decisions & I have picked up a lot of tips from watching them.
That's awesome!!
I watched this whole video and now I’m even more inspired to build a pc for myself. Thank you for this content!
Just about to start my first PC Build. This has made me much more confident! Thanks a bunch!!
THAT WAS AWSOME!!!!! Thank you so much! I just bought a pre build strictly for the GPU so I could build my own, and you just gave me the extra push i needed to go ahead and make it happen!!!
Dope video. Did a great job explaining everything. Can’t wait to start my build
Thank you so much for making this video! It was really educational and i really like how you went through both Intel and AMD. I am happy to have found this community where i have learned so much!
Glad it was helpful!
This was a great video! I actually learned alot compared to some other UA-camrs that I watch sometimes that get off topic and distracted easily,. this guy is great. I'm Subscribing!
Great explanation on everything! Love showing both sides of the build not just intel or amd.
Thank you so much for these videos, I am just starting my IT journey and this is very helpful!
The one and only channel for which I have turned on notifications.
Roby you do a great job with these pc builds. i will be building my first pc on Friday. you have inspired me to try it for myself keep up the great content
after scrolling a bit in the search and watching 3 other pc build guides before my components arrive, finally found a video that I'll be watching as i start building my new rig
I've already got a nice prebuilt pc right now but lately i've been tempted to build my own really soon and I believe this video will help me out with that a lot
love how you go into detail about EVERYTHING alot of usefull information in this video thanks really helped me out
Glad it was helpful!
This is my 24/7, even Robey's childish jokes 😂 1st build done and dusted on to my 2nd ....keep up the great work
dude thank you sooo much man this really helps for future builds!
Right in time for my build coming soon! Thanks!
very very nice demonstration, keep the good work
Thank you for helping me build my pc, much appreciated!!
thank u for going over the motherboard and explaining everything. im getting in to PC gaming but im studying my butt off before i start my 1st build.
Man you did a great job building that pc. Great information.
Swapped out the 1650 on my main to a 3060ti and used the leftover 1650 to do a cheap build for my first DIY custom build. The cable management isn't nearly as nice as in the vid, but It works and my pc didn't blow up, everything is running smoothly. Appreciate the vid, especially adding the part with the thermal paste reapplication since I fudged up the order of installing the CPU fan and RAM sticks and had to readjust the CPU fan to make it fit. Now comes the OS setup
Thx for putting out great content helps with all of my questions. Thanks a lot.
My pleasure!
Keen to see a more in-depth on mobo wiring and fan wiring as this always seems to trip me up, particularly with the amount of options (4pin vs 3pin vs fans hubs, pwm etc).
Great video mate! I really appreciate the content! I hope to build this someday soon!
Thank you! Appreciate the kind comment.
smooth and clean build sir. greetings from philippines!
How to build a pc today....wait until 2 years later when the 40 series comes out and the 30 series is in stock
ViciousDave4Life stop with the self promotion pal
Finally got a graphics card (GeForce RTX 2060, it was the best I could get) SO finally I’m starting my first build. Your videos are excellent, thanks. You should remind first timers that they have to buy 2 boxes of fans, not 1. I was a bit confused l- I don’t need more fans….it’s the connectors in the fan box I need! Other than that your lists and videos are fantastic!
I ordered my stuff back in February 2021, finally starting in August 2021! Better late than never
I definite liked this video! You got my subscription there brother! Thanks for the input! More videos like this!
This man is a legend at teaching!
AYYYY, HE CAME BACK WITH NEW PARTS!
You are the best Robey; keep doing what you do
Thank you!
Super clear instructional video!
I want to build that exact build but its gonna take me a while to gather the parts haha but this video has really pulled back the veil on the mystery of building a PC I think you explained each step thoroughly especially since me as a beginner who knew nothing was able to follow along with ease even without the parts in front of me. 10/10 will watch again (once I get the parts lol)
As someone who's researching for their first ever PC build, this was so incredibly helpful! Thank you so much for this incredible content. I couldn't not like and subscribe after that, so thank you! :)
You are very welcome!
Have you built the pc?
@@thotie4926 I didn't build this one. I built one that I designed from scratch and it went so well :)
@@cocolovett how long did it take you to build it?
@@thotie4926 Around 3 hours because I wanted to be as cautious as possible
thank you rob , i will build mine this week , its my first RIG BTW :) wish me luck guys :))
Love it, It was really helpful.
Found you through Linus, very cool build my dude. Subbed and attempted to turn on post notifications :)
Probably one of the most underrated channel....
yo man this is the perfect build on youtube
This was AWESOME!
Amazing tutorial. Feels as if I am sitting in front of you and you are teaching me how to build a pc. I got confident now that I too can build one (and shall watch it again if miss something!). Do you have a tutorial about a ryzen pc, preferably one for editing 4k videos and under US$ 500?
robeytech is a certified pog moment
Thank you!!
Love these vids. I'm trying to get a build idea and watching your vids are a great help. Thank you and someday I would love for you to build a pc for me.
Wish I had this video when I built my PC. Kids today have everything. Just messing. Great video for those learning to build their first, or to fix the mistake they may have made.
This is great man
Thanks you I was so confused how to build thanks sir
Love the video, I would just suggest explaining what you do if you only have 2 sticks of ram. I was wanting to find out where I could get the mat you're using.
It worked for that particular case, but tighter cases you'll want to install the radiator to the top of the case after all your power cables and things that need to be plugged in up top, are plugged in
The psu install section was very helpful.
It keeps getting better and better
Thanks! We keep working on it!
Best pc build so far
I love watching these even tho I built my pc all ready
Thanks!!!
You took one for the team Robeytech! Excellent PC building video, pay attention noobs!
Glad you liked it!

i appreciate this kind of videos so much
Awesome, we try very hard to make sure these are in depth
@@RobeytechLive yeah, you explained it very nice and its easy to understand
your intro line is so good, you made me turn off my adblock, awesome content!
Starting a build next week since I finally got my hands on a 3070. Perfect timing of an upload
Yo congrats on the pick up. Been trying to snag a graphics cards since October😑
@@Scalesti Never give up, it’s very possible to do right now. Good luck with future restocks.

I'm here trying to get a bloody 1660 Ti haha
Just got a 3070 as well gonna build next weekend.
3 year anniversary. First video I watched form yours was today 2018.🔥🔥
That's awesome!
when you realize you left in 2 clips of you saying “watch this video to learn how to install windows 10”😂 Haha love the vids!
Yeah...
Really satisfying and understandable video. The only thing i didn't really understand were the switch etc. connections to the mainboard
Which part was that?
Thanks for the how to video 👍! I used to watch ol Bob ross growing up 🎨🖌️!!
Going to build my first pc in about a month or so, still waiting for my 3070 and case. Gonna use this video as a guide
That’s awesome
Between the dreams of being younger and DQ ice cream YUM!
This video was very informative and now all I need is some lotto cash :D
Very nice
Just wanted to say this before anyone else :
Step 1: Find parts ;(
how to build a pc in 2021: you sadly don't
Robey the goat
Aww, appreciated it!
Appreciated the info shared here. Wish there would have been more details on fan installation, as far as intake vs exhaust. And their orientation or how to differentiate between the two, that seems to be a common mistake when installing fans.
Agree with this comment. The only thing I thought you glossed over was fan orientation and the intake vs. outtake. Internal pressure and all of that fan related stuff.
This is something I was wondering a lot about when I saw the installation of the fans. Please do correct me if I’m wrong but it seemed the front fans are all pushing air out of the case. The back fan is pushing air in and the radiator fans are pushing air into the case too? Isn’t this the complete opposite direction? Please don’t mistake my comment for criticism I’m genuinely curious. I do love these videos and I’ve watched a couple of streams from this channel just to learn more.
One thing I liked is your backup list of "Plan B" $1500 and "Plan C" $1000. With many parts currently shown as 'out of stock', some people might just go in that direction depending their needs.
Thanks a ton sir. Just got to know a crucial step that I was missing regarding the PSU cable connections which caused my build to get no power at all, even sent the mobo for RMA. I feel like a freaking idiot now. Waiting to get back the mobo and see if it works now when I know how to correctly connect the cables in this particular PSU. (I have the same one) Thank you!
💥 Thanks! 👍💥
Thank you so much for this video! i was just wondering, how much does this pc cost in total?
Hi, your video is really helpful. Just a quick question if you can, please explain. In the manual of the AIO, it connects the RGB of 2 fans to the hub, the RGB of the Headpump to the "Out" of the hub. How does it work differently if I just plug 2rgb fan + 1 rgb of the pump to the hub 1,2,3, not the "Out" socket (same in your video). Sorry this is my 1st time connect RGB, so I don't want to screw it.
im looking forward to building mine
Best of luck!!
Nice vídeo👍👍👍
One question: Is it safe to plug all the argb fans in a single argb header? Wouldn't it surpass the 3A limit?
Does he have the fans installed backwards? Or does it not matter if you suck air in from the back and out the front?
Thank so much for the details .. what is major difference between E F G on motherboards ?
So neat ! Where'd u get that mat to build that pc on?
the gpu he uses is out of stock everywhere does anyone have a good alternative that I can use for a good price oh and it has to be pretty good because I will be using it for streaming
Given the build mat is out of stock on Amazon with no known restock date, what else could we use?
My only recommendation is explaining fan orientation for intake/exhaust for newbies.
Hey Robey, first timer researching build. Is this a good build for PS2 and PS3 emulation?
I put together my system just finished everything was running but my dvd player start to smoke so I quickly unplug I think its damaged can you say what happen
Great guide one thing I caught don't know if anyone else did but when he turned on it read i5-10600k cpu
I would like to know if you have an USB C in the front pannel where do you plug it? And for the RGB hub I don't know where to plug it for power wasn't that clear for me, by the way first time building my PC
guys one thing that you must verify before turning on the power in the PC. If you have motherboard where you had to install the IO shield separately. Make sure that none of those IO shield prongs are accidentally inside any of the motherboard ports such as the USB port or LAN port. Obviously they are not supposed to be inside things like the USB port, but you must verify that you didnt install it wrong by looking at the IO shield carefully after you installed the motherboard with the screws.
watched through the whole thing very well done although I think it would be helpful to beginners if you went a little more in depth about all the different cables such as cable blah does blah blah. Also you left out talking about airflow, which direction it flows in, and which ways your fans should face. Thanks for the awesome vid!!
Great feedback!
How do you know which drivers to install? Also, the operating system, installing windows as well? You should make a step-by-step tutorial for that...
The EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 XC3 Ultra Gaming appears to be sold out on Amazon and everywhere else is a huge markup. Is there an alternative gaming card that can be used?
I really enjoyed this video. What could you have done better? Gone with a 3rd gen AMD Ryzen. Nothing Intel makes comes close.
wonder if this vid will be cable by cable that much in depth
I am planning to update my PC to a i9-11900 K and I have a Hydro Series™ H115i PRO RGB 280mm Liquid CPU Cooler.
I am building a new pc for my brother and I ordered an iCUE H150i RGB PRO XT Liquid CPU Cooler for him. He would get my old processor i7-10700K. Should I give him my old cooler too or keep it?
