You guys are almost there... An automated control surface console that would rival Protools Control 24 for us Studio One users... I'm ready to retire my Mackie console.
This. Control 24 size, layout and look but for Studio One (and a lot cheaper) would finally make S1 the goto for a lot more studios (Leave the pre-amps out though)

Rick, I notice on multiple occasions you have to poke the touchscreen more than once to invoke the function you are trying to select. This video was uploaded 9 months ago so I was wondering whether there may have been any improvements to the sensitivity of the touchscreen in either software or hardware upgrades? One thing that would frustrate me is pressing more than once to select a function! Thanks.
Now-when will this be available for Cubase too? It's been back and forth with that the unit will have support for other DAW, but WHEN will it happen???

Answer is no so far the cs18ai is discontinued without mcu and Hui support. Bad enough the rm mixers don't have midi support. I wish they would have completed this project. I understand the brick wall with avb. But at least give mcu Hui support and we would not be as disappointed.

I have a 16.4.2 and got problems 2 years ago. Now as of today I can only control the 16.4.2 via an ipad. Contacted support couple of times but didn't get help except sending the unit in, but i have to pay for the replacement of all encoders. Guess thats the risk of being a early adaptor and i'm having a lot of presonus gear. Now i saved money and thinking going the allen & heath way. Thanks presonus....

I work on sound at my church and we use the RM 32 with a 16 channel snake. We also use the RCA input to play music from an iPod and videos from time to time. How would you control the RCA input from the CS18 if I use the RM 32 as a stage Box?

hi I've been using CS 18 AI controller since last year and i have a problem when booting up. after use and unplug for an our when you turn on it again all faders will move automatically up and down for several times and then frezze though its stablish connection in my RM mixer you can load scene, but no audio output. what I did is every time I use it, i always load the latest firmware and then it gets normal. Im just wondering if this cs 18 has some kind of c mos battery? what shall i do? thank you!

This would make me feel more comfortable playing tracks with bands. If a band has something that is giving me troubles in the backing tracks. Hit "DAW" and turn it down, or re eq things. #gamechanger

I bought one of these. It failed to update the firmware with the correct type of USB drive. So, I tried the "update via network" option. Duh.... Not yet implemented. Working on update..working on update...... get it right before you ship! WE ARE NOT YOUR BETA TESTERS. Sorry guys, this product isn't finished but they are still shipping it.
I'd say it was more 'annoying' than funny. Why people can't mount things firmly before doing videos is beyond me. I'd be annoyed after just 2 button presses with that thing wobbling like that.

WRONG WRONG WRONG!!! There's NO OTHER console in the same price point that has touch sensitive faders??? Sorry but the M-Audio Projectmix I/O has them and for waaaaaaaaay lower price. Not to mention they've had it for many years.

Where is the DSP taking place? Is it happening in the mixer or on the computer?
