@@MisterUrbanWorld no hes only uses his bodyweight to train. Hes from shaolin temple, they dont use weights.
Since I follow by training under your instructions I‘ve become more elasticity by legs. I feel younger and agil. I start consider my only real tempel is my own body. Thx Shifu 🙏

i like your workouts a lot. They are well linked together and good balanced to power and flexibility. With sweating i am synchron with you. With power and controlled movement and flex i have a lot to work on myself. Thanx for sharing great workouts who i could train for a long term of time to.

one question Shaolin Kung Fu is better and more effective than Wing Chun in self-defense and street fighting right
Wing Chun is more of a Qigong practice nowadays because the art didn't evolve to modern fighting modalities, man.

@@albertortega7160 Qi gong is centred around breath work, what you stated was incorrect. Wing Chun is practical if trained with intent to attack aswell as defend.

If you can at least once a day 😎 slowly build your confidence and you will 100% want to use the stretching techniques with everything you can ❤️takes a few months but is so worth it, Take care and good luck

The aches and pains if they are muscular 🍀1) If your diet has a lot of toxins or if you drink alcohol at more than half litre per every 3 days, Alcohol has a lot of toxins,, that basically means that the product has a high amount of chemicals in it to make it. So the less toxins the better your body will function, 🍀2) A steam room/sauna helps to sweat the toxins out of your body, 🤔😎but be careful who you meet in a place like that, you could be drugged and not know about it until you wake up, 🍀so be double double wide it's no joke what some people get up to 😎3/ It is normal to have muscle pains after workout or even during workout, for at least a couple of months ✔️gently stretch the tight areas and i mean gently..when you stretch, you should feel the tight area become a fraction tighter and hold that position for about 8 seconds, gradually you will stretch until you can stretch no more. 🍀4/ Get some Massage Balm, The brand Weleda with Arnica is good,, also tiger balm, though warm the tiger balm up first because it will spread easier... ❤️THE BALMS CAN BE DONE BEFORE AND AFTER WORKOUT,
Highly Recommended that you do, This is a good preparation mode.. But you do need 20 minutes before and after workout.. There really is no short cuts 😎🌈 Good luck and be patient for at least the 1st 2months.
