Sorbet, Cowboys and Vienna I did today as a trio. Just being sick so need a shorter and not so tough spinning session. I listen to you and pair it with Sorbet which have been awhile since I did that workout . Great suggestion to pair those two workout. Cowboys definitely another great quick ride imo. Great varierte and I like it. Need a recovery ride so Vienna was up great one which was so much more tough than maybe expected so thank you Kirsten for this Cowboys workout
