Hi, in the video you mention you installed them into a Renault Master previously, I’m installing them into my master and wondered if you had a video of that one or if you had any issues or thanks to look out for on the master? Thanks
great video thanks. I bought the same seats a year ago and was starting out no exactly same installation in my L2H2 Relay. BUt i stalled with deciding exactly on my layout. I wonder have you noticed the possibility to switch around teh direction of teh seat, particulary the possibility to Store it away saving space.
hi, because ill be fitting child seats i have to have them forward facing so never considered tuening them around, now that youve mentioned it ill have a look though. because of the weight of them, it isnt easy to find somewhere to store them when not in use, but under the bed/sofa would be a possibility, ill have a look in to it. thanks for the comment, let me know how you get on
Great video loads of information to take in. If I got the seats do you fancy fitting them for me I can’t weld I have never tried or done anything like that so it’s easier to get someone else to do that kind of then lol! Thanks for the video
Great video. You mentioned being able to fit these seats after the floor has been fitted. That's exactly what I'm faced with. Do you have any advice on fitting these through altro flooring and ply underneath. It's seems very daunting not being able to see the floor. Thanks
Usually it's better to drill the holes etc for the rails before the floor is fitted, what van is it that you've got? If it's one that we've already fitted seats to might be able to help you with some measurements, alternatively if you've got access you could mark it all out from under the van and drill up into the van so at least you know where to cut out, if your stuck give us a call at N T Conversions (you can find us on google)
Great video, very informative 👍🏼 do you know the height of the seats you’ve used from the bottom of the bracket to the top of the headrest? I Would love to use them in my van but I’m not sure about head space?
Great video thanks! Am I correct in saying both seats you used were originally middle ones? I'm thinking that perhaps the wider rail spacing of the left and right ones (with armrests) might allow for the rails to miss the floor bumps perhaps?
The seats are right and left ones, I wouldnt worry too much about missing the raised areas of the floor as you will have to pack them regardless otherwise they will compress when you tighten the bolts, it will be near impossible to torque the bolts otherwise. Personally I use 6mm x 100mm flat steel bar to create underplates to bolt against. Ill try to get that video sorted ASAP. Thanks for watching and good luck with the install
@@thedraftyshed803 Thanks mate, and happy Christmas! I thought perhaps if I used different ones I might be able to installed the rails in between the ridges. I've already got 37mm thick floor installed which complicates things a little. Great work on all your videos so far.
Hi do you mean bolts? I'll have to check for you, I have a feeling I used M12 nuts and bolts with washers. You can get the original Ford bolts, but I didn't find them long enough
No probs, I'll finish off installing them once the second layer of flooring is fitted, showing how they're capped over for a flush floor when the seats aren't needed. Hope you catch that vid too. Thanks for the comment.
Lots of small details just I like, perfect, thanks

hi there, great video. I'm looking to put a set in my t5, do you know what the depth is from the floor to the flange?
Hi, thank you for your message, double check because of weld beads and distortion in the plates but typically 38-40mm, many thanks
Class any idea where i can get some of these seats.
Thanks doing a family van to
Ebay was a good one, but these seats are now really difficult to get hold of, there isn't as many of them around anymore.
hiya, did you consider just welding down to the floor with spreader plates?
Sorry the late reply. Its not something that id want to do personally, unless it was used in conjunction with the bolts as well.
Great video thanks!

Oh just subbed👍
Do u have a link to the seats?
Where do you purchase this?
whats the depth of the bracket? i.e. how deep does your floor need to be to have the flange flush?
What does are required to fit these mate?

@@thedraftyshed803 yeah I meant bolts sorry, I’ve seen that I need m12 but do you know how long they need to be roughly?
@@nathanrussell3818 ermmmm going from memory 50 or 60 mm, you can always go longer and cut them off if needed
@@thedraftyshed803 sound, cheers for that mate👍🏼

Thanks for the video. Do you know the brand of the seat? I need to out in a similar setup for my van too.
@@daytrader152 thanks for watching the video. They are Ford seats out of a Ford Transit Custom
@@thedraftyshed803 Thanks. Too bad, it's not available in North America.
