I started my garden last year and got a whole car of divisions, like you, from another gardener for $40. It really filled up my beds! Free would have been nice but she did it also so she could turn around and buy more plants, which I understood! It was a good deal for me--hundreds of plants. I'm sure you were a conscientious person to divide this gardner's perennials.

Wow! It sounds like you got a great deal with your plant haul last year! I just planted a bunch of this Astilbe and plan to plant more of these plants in the landscape soon. It truly was a wonderful plant haul and I feel so fortunate and thankful. 💗💐

Those plants look so healthy! I’ve never had luck with daisies as they get bug ridden and the blooms turn brown in my yard.

I was so pleased with this plant haul! The owner was so very generous to me as well as a few others that had stopped by. I'm sorry that you don't have much luck with daisies in your yard. I wonder if you could try a different variety...? I'm planning to dig out some ox-eye shasta daisies and replace them with these shorter shasta daisies that I got. We'll see how they do next year. 🤞🏼😊

Great selection of plants, they are the bees knees. We usually split plants that we have to replace any plants we lose over winter. We grow annuals from seed for the window pots and flowerbeds. This year we have African daisies in the window pots and cosmos in the flowerbeds they are really easy to grow from seed.

So many nice plants, you are going to love those Shasta Daisies. Mine grow to about 18 inches a few grew to 24 inches. The more sun the daisies get taller they grow. Had 2 rounds of rain yesterday. Collected about 25 gallons of water.

It actually just popped up on my screen based on previous searches of the word perennials . I got very lucky. 🌸🙂

I wouldn’t feel comfortable turning around and selling plants that I got for free from a kind, generous person.

Me either. She was so kind. She did say she'd be ok with anyone selling them but I just couldn't. Instead, I plan to dig up plants that I'm not fond of in my garden and replacing those with these beautiful plants. I can't wait. 💗😊
