Yes, it is suitable as a family oriented ride. It’s 23 miles around the loch and mainly flat apart from some undulating hills at the western end. There are a couple of beaches to stop at, pine woods to explore and a good cafe in Kinloch Rannoch (plus another cafe at Rannoch Station if you’re up for the additional detour).

Do You Know anything about the very bonnie cottage at 2:57? Great cycle. Grew up there.
I think that’s at Bridge of Gaur, West end of the Loch as you return via Finnart and the Black Woods on the South side of the loch.
