The project was jointly financed by the Bank Group (99.07%), the Government of Gambia (0.24%) and the Government of Senegal (0.69%). It is called Senegambia Bridge because it is a sub-regional bridge whose execution is shared by the two countries (although the bridge is entirely within Gambian territory). It was designed as part of opening up the ECOWAS region. This is to facilitate transportation between the northern and southern part of Senegal separated by Gambia.

no i don't think you understand him, what he was trying to say is that those two tribes are the ones that don't speak each others languages and have issues about it, meaning that the other tribes are not central or involved in that dispute. Which might be wrong but these are two of the most common languages in the country.
They should be tolerant and adopt new languages. It is only the jolas and the fula who try to speak Others languages without feeling otherwise
