With tooth brush and detergent I remove it from my sink in 10 second
Use it correctly. You're wasting steam .

Should have used a nylon brush , it would do a better job.

It’s an excellent steamer , I’ve had mines since 2021, and purchased on for my mom. One con is that you can’t empty all the water out . On a more positive note the customer service is excellent.
@@veniestagourdine3881I actually purched this about 2 mo ago, and just now getting around to using it. I guess I've had a bit of anxiety over trying something new! Lol
I'm curious, why did you have to get with customer service? There must have been something happen for you to reach out to them, in order to know they do have good customer service. So wondering what the problem with it was?
