OMG! A $1.99 for that cabinet, prices are really great. Nice variety of art, several caught my eye. You catch the best stuff no matter where you go, always a treat! That "fluted" crystal bowl was pretty. Great way to start the day, thank you Tonya, take care💜🙋💜
Wow those are the best prices i have ever seen at Goodwill! They really want things to move and not worried about getting ebay prices. Great video!

Can you go back for the polar bear? He’s from the 70-80’s, called a “soda bear”. He sits in the refrigerator with baking soda to refresh the fridge. He usually has dark sun glasses on, to keep the lights out of his eyes :). These were handmade in ceramic classes all over America! I have tried for many years to find these, as I taught this class, made thousands,( 55 yrs ago). Broke the only one I kept, many, many years ago. Wish my goodwill was the size you have. Thanks so much for the best thrifting trips!!!!

The majority of Goodwill stores are for profit, and other managers of Goodwill care for the people in the community who can't afford to buy new.
It's really how Goodwill should be, right???

At our Goodwill the hutch would sell online never in the Goodwill store.
It's no secret that California is an extremely expensive state to live in but geez, I'll take those Goodwill prices any day! I'm in FL and we have nowhere near the amount of good furniture for sale at ours, and the prices are sometimes ridiculously high. Lucky you!

Wow the furniture prices are bonkers over there ... so much more in New Zealand ! Loving the Art as well x I collect Globes and would snap that Mini globe up toot sweet! and Copper bowls...Imagine that Wicker set painted up and put in a conservatory surrounded by plants!! Or even in a Studio ..so much storage
I loved your segments, you are amazing, reminds me how I gave to Goodwill, even if items were new and expensive I gave them to Goodwill, , my kids didn't want, now all grown, so I still love goodwill, I will go for me now, thanks for your time in showing us great items, love it..until next segment, God Bless👍💖😇🙏

I've gotten things from goodwill. Its a great place to shop. You can modify things to fit in today's values.
So much is discarded wasted to get things for your home its just wonderful to browse and look around you can find things that are still in style.

Julie P, Same. I love the art section. I'm too spoiled now. I went to a local estate sale yesterday & there was a framed reproduction of that famous painting of 2 bears dancing in the woods. My eyes lit up. I squinted and looked at their price: $38. Nope! Not doing it. I have found fabulous art pieces at Goodwill as well as the Salvation Army store for far, FAR, less. Indeed I am spoiled!!!

The first time I took my husband to an estate sale and it was day two when things were half price, I asked him if he liked the big beautiful seascape over the fireplace, he said well yes, but how much is it? It had a tag on it for only $10 and it was half off! Now he asks me if there are any estate sales going on.😆

@@twistoffate4791 I do have to admit it’s both good and bad. He does eyeball some of my piles of stuff sometimes, but I can be right back at him like how many tools do you really need? So now we just agree not to question the other and we are happy.😁

Yeah, WOW is right. I've been watching you for about 3 days now. All the Goodwills you've gone to have really really nice things at unbelievable low prices. No Goodwills like that where I live! At least I haven't found them. Loved the wicker set. Really glad I found you!

What an awesome Goodwill! My local one doesn’t have comparable stock or prices. I seldom go there anymore. It is in a nice area so I don’t know why, other than they send the good stuff to the Boutique in San Antonio or sell it on line. There are way better thrift and consignment stores around but none of them sell large furniture. But FB marketplace is buzzing with good finds.

Looking is a big part of the thrift. You can say it's educational if someone expects you to justify it, but I like the visual stimulation as well as the hunt. And there's nothing wrong with that! People that question it are people I mostly don't want to know (or I just feel sorry for.)

I love Love Love Goodwill shopping. I try to go EVERY WEEK at least once.. Sometimes. I have good luck sometimes not. But for the most part I do. Love it 💘

The folding table caught my eye right off! I would have snagged that, right off the bat😊
The first piece, glass cabinet is a styled piece from the bottom, not a match but passable and certainly a good buy.

Love your couch! So many nice things at your GW! Love your music in the vlog. Seeing all the gravy boats reminded me of what my mom taught me. Put a little butter on the underside lip to prevent the gravy from dripping down the side.

Your GoodWill is amazing. If I lived in your area I would have rented Uhaul and purchased some furniture. Also some glassware and some decorated pumpkins. The prices are great and so nicely organized. My thrift shops are fine. I do find occasional treasures but nothing compared to yours. So glad for you.

Goodwill. Also has so many nice wot. Nots vases and dishes, sometimes porcillem dolls, and some really nice lamps I have bought all kinds of stuff. Likes this for every place we have lived to make it. Look homey

That’s one of the cleanest and organized goodwills I’ve seen. Moved out of Sacramento years ago, but this goodwill is worth making the trip back. Love your show. So glad you’re doing one from my hometown.

Hi from Western Australia im a new subscriber. 67 y.o. mum n grandma, married for 33 years. I adore thrift stores here in Australia.. bargains to be had. I live in a trailer park, so can't collect too much. Hubby n I will continue this great country once our health improves, we been down n not well of late.. not covid!! lol..

The goodwill. We're we live always have nice stuff. And we have been to a lot of Goodwill's every state we have lived in and we have always found really nice stuff. I love going shopping at goodwill.

Another delicious videos! My GW always has a huge amount of pressed & cut glass and silver plate.I always head over to the art area, first. I have found some amazing pieces, i took the longest wall in my kitchen and covered it with thrifted floral paintings, just makes me happy! Have a wonderful week 💕🌟💕🌟

Good morning! What a treat to watch this video and thrift with you! I love the rice cooker and can see how that would make the trip worthwhile. I recently downsized by selling my old Victorian, but am inspired to make my antiques do double duty. My grandmother’s Carnival glass punchbowl with base now holds a giant spider plant, my vintage blue pottery teapot now holds teabags. Punchbowl make a great plant holder, snd those silver serving dishes would look great with pansies or lavender plants in them! Or violets! Thanks for inspiring us!

We do have a thrift store that has tons of pressed glass items. I'm going again on Monday after just having picked up a gorgeous set of French Arcopal plates and bowls in blue and white. Those are totally my colors, which is why your rice pot really stands out to me!! Glad you found that 🙂 I'm dreaming of California thrifting 😴

Thousands of people are moving out of California every week. That is why the Goodwill stores there are flooded with furniture and the managers are marking lots of it down to 99 cents to try and get rid of it.

I do wish that sometime I could by a planeticket, have a small bag with clothes for a couple of days and a relly BIG empty suitcase as well to the fill up with the wonderful things that you show in this video and send you an shoppinglist 😀😀, pack the suitcase and fly home happy as something 🙂.
Great furniture prices and some great pieces! Also the glass serving dishes would have been great to put Christmas baking/cooking in and a bit of cello around it to share with good friends then they could do the same next Christmas of donate it back to good will!
