Sleep cannot stop thoughts splitting through my mind 😢
Random trick that may not help but works weirdly well for me: There's a pressure point right between your eyebrows, and massaging that spot vertically is supposed to help you stop overthinking and empty your mind (for meditation, etc.) It's worth a try, at least. And if the thoughts are bad enough, talking to somebody is definitely worth a try as well. I hope things get better soon.
