Royal was my first game, and first run I didn't reach the third semester. I was loyal to Makoto in the first two runs. However, when Sumire confessed, I was heartbroken. I wanted to say yes, but I couldn't betray Makoto. So in my third (and best) run I focused only on her.
Replaying this after years of not playing this It was so difficult rejecting all the girls for Sumire since I romanced them in other play throughs. But once I got to Sumire Im glad that I waited for her
Sumire and joker’s colour pallets are similar due to them being destined to meet one another in my personal opinion, and in the velvet room (example: persona 4) it has been said that fate brings people together. So, I feel like they practically belong with eachother.
Best girl in P5R no doubt about it. Wish we had more time with her maybe Atlus might put her in P5S somehow ( I know the game is out in Japan but still would be cool)
Well, now we know the reason why she's a bit OP, she's running the 1886. The only way she'd be even more overpowered is if it was akimbo 1886's. Those that played MW2 multiplayer know just how balanced that was.
I always felt like she's supposed to be The One That Got Away. Her and Joker are practically soulmates but it just can't work because of where they are in their lives. This is kinda backed up by Strikers where she doesn't appear because she's out of the country for a gymnastics competition. I get the vibe of like, they love each other but just can't make it work in the long run.
With her having the shortest amount of time to establish a romantic relationship with it makes sense. At most they would have been in a relationship for mere weeks before the end of the game and she doesn’t even get to properly say goodbye at the end.
I LOVED Sumire! My only issue with Royal was the new ending...where they almost acted like strangers as she saw him off. Even if you didn't pick the romance route, it just felt REALLY out of character for both of them.
I agree! They should’ve at least let Sumire give Joker like a hug or something wishing him the best of luck in the future if you didn’t romance her or even hint at Sumire kissing Joker (either a peck on the cheek or on the lips) if you romanced her by the end while Sumire blushes telling Joker good luck in his future and she’ll work hard in her gymnastics for him specifically or SOMETHING like that. Still sucks with what we actually got in the full game, but a guy can dream right?
8:00 no, it's intentional, it's because her problem are quiet similiar to joker, she and joker are both judged by the shuujin student, and they both can't decide who they are, that's also why their persona design are also similiar, but when they get their 3rd tier persona it differenciated from each other, that's because their resolve of their problem are different
Kasumi/Sumire was my first romance in P5R. I started a new playthrough recently planning to go the Kawakami route but it's going to be hard rejecting Kasumi/Sumire while doing her Social Link.
Yoshizawa not only took the position of my 2nd favorite P5 girl, but is also in tough competition with Chie for 2nd favorite Persona Girl in general. And since Futaba has the position of the best Persona girl on hard lockdown for me, That's really impressive. Royal really went above & beyond with their new romantic option.
Laura post is usually known for her more seductive voices but she does have good range, she voices Ahri in league of legends, phoebe in indivisible, and primrose in octopath traveller
You know what the worst part of her is? Nothing personal, just the fact that you are in a relationship with her for absolutly not long which is quiet sad..

For me, it also helps that she bears a *striking* resemblance to my real life girlfriend, sooo…
Good for you
7:22 *Lever Action Rifle. Ryuji is the shotgunner.
the fact that none of the female Phantom thieves will expose their legs, and her blush is more reddish, Sumire is perfect Waifu(Well... my opinion)
Can we consider that the phantom theifs are carry effects that happen inside and outside of the metaverse (aka get a scratch in one place and you will have it in the other) but they are doing full on combat, covering there legs is just putting on more protective gear, if Anns leg were to get scratched at she would have some form of protection, but if she gets scratched at its a direct hit to the skin with nothing to slow it down, good luck performing with a cut on your leg
@@kagaminerinandlen8316 bro it’s like a metaphysical manifestation of something you feel. I’m pretty sure regardless of what they wear it makes no difference, if it did then ann wouldn’t show her cleavage, neck and head ( Yknow, heart neck and brain might be important to protect )
Either way, it’s fuckin leather, leathers gonna protect me from a death god ripping out my soul and one shooting my party huh?

“Kasumi can really dance”
I wish she was in P5D, god dammit!
I technically still prefer Makoto but Kasumi is definitely a very close 2nd. (The fact I like redheads aint a suprise of course)
I prefer ann
I still think Futaba is best girl, "Kasumi" is 2nd best. lol
Makoto and Morgana are my least 2 favorite Phantom Thieves.
Agree with redheads, they are beautiful.
Honestly Kasumi and Makoto is a tie for first me but Ann is second for me
I prefer kasumi
3:43 I feel sorry for Morgana in the bag
YAHH'
Sumire makes me remember how deppresing life is
Another great video as usual Chris!
I hope to see the next one soon.
JP VA: Amamiya Sora
"Say no more, im sold"
I love how she’s basically female joker! The evolution of her persona looks a lot like arsene
"it's soo cuuuute"
-Waifu Hunter Chris Gamefield
ryuji: shotgun
kasumi:shotgun
me: *WHENS THE SNIPER?*
Kasumi uses a lever action rifle, not a shotgun. So it’s kind of sniper? Long range at least.
@@willeh1947 In Battlefield 1, the sniper class has the Winchester 1895 level action as a sniper rifle (Russian 1895).
>Didn't even watch the video and already hit like after reading the title
"What a fucking cultured man"
Joker: *Makes Sumire Blush*
Sumire: Aight I'ma turn Tomato Now.
Kasumi is basically just P5 FeMC. Change my mind.
Royal was my first game, and first run I didn't reach the third semester. I was loyal to Makoto in the first two runs. However, when Sumire confessed, I was heartbroken. I wanted to say yes, but I couldn't betray Makoto. So in my third (and best) run I focused only on her.
Cheers for all my Sumi simps out there. Best Waifu.
Replaying this after years of not playing this It was so difficult rejecting all the girls for Sumire since I romanced them in other play throughs. But once I got to Sumire Im glad that I waited for her
It took her 5 seconds to steal my heart.
7:24 and this is the moment when she stole my heart for probably forever
Sumire and joker’s colour pallets are similar due to them being destined to meet one another in my personal opinion, and in the velvet room (example: persona 4) it has been said that fate brings people together. So, I feel like they practically belong with eachother.
4:35 average canadian behavior
I can't decide between her and Haru. Aaaaaah. My two girls, I love them both.
Lovely girls
Ah, I see you're a man of culture as well.
Still waiting for my proper goodbye, Atlus!
2:40 "I'm human" this killed me because i wasn't expecting it
Never saw her before. I like her already.
Chris: "she uses her shotgun to take out an enemy"
Me, having a breakdown: ITS A LEVER ACTION WINCHESTER RIFLE REEEEEEEE
Best girl in P5R no doubt about it. Wish we had more time with her maybe Atlus might put her in P5S somehow ( I know the game is out in Japan but still would be cool)
Well, now we know the reason why she's a bit OP, she's running the 1886. The only way she'd be even more overpowered is if it was akimbo 1886's.
Those that played MW2 multiplayer know just how balanced that was.
She says “lets dance” jetstream sam is that you
I always felt like she's supposed to be The One That Got Away.
"Perfect to introduce to your parents.... Eh, Sojiro will do."
WOW, rude. Doing my man Sojiro dirty like that, smh.
Who left these onions here? :( God that last bit had me tearing up. "I love you senpai."
Laura Post had a very sweet and gentle and genuine voice for that line
She's a fuckin' goddess. Top tier waifu
I love this vid. Always want more kasumi and less spoiler since Im only halfway into the game. Good stuff
She is truly best girl:)
That *WAH!* melted my heart.
Kasumi Is Waifu For Lifu
Yeah, I had the balls to say this in a persona comment section.
“Let’s Dance!”
Kasumi is Jetstream Sam confirmed?
Memory's broken
The truth goes unspoken
I've even forgotten my naaaaame
Kasumi/Sumire was my first romance in P5R. I started a new playthrough recently planning to go the Kawakami route but it's going to be hard rejecting Kasumi/Sumire while doing her Social Link.
Yoshizawa not only took the position of my 2nd favorite P5 girl, but is also in tough competition with Chie for 2nd favorite Persona Girl in general.
And since Futaba has the position of the best Persona girl on hard lockdown for me, That's really impressive.
Royal really went above & beyond with their new romantic option.
-The glasses have already been shattered beyond repair for her.-
Breaking Sumire's heart was probably the hardest thing for me to do in royal
its a lever rifle not a shotgun for anyone confused
I feel like Kasumi was originally a Joker femc
Best girl. Hands down. Change my mind.
She should've have had joined at shido that would make the twist even more surprising as you played as her
Laura post is usually known for her more seductive voices but she does have good range, she voices Ahri in league of legends, phoebe in indivisible, and primrose in octopath traveller
You know what the worst part of her is? Nothing personal, just the fact that you are in a relationship with her for absolutly not long which is quiet sad..
Ara ara, you have my curiosity but now you have my attention
The english pronounciation of 'Sumire' makes me want to persona 3 myself
Is it pronounced SU-MY-EYE-ER
Or SU-ME-ER
@@jakeriese4862 I hope you stub your pinkie toe in front of your religious relative and accidentally curse
@@joranvandenberg2115 ok. But how is it pronounced
@@jakeriese4862 Sorry about that previous comment, I didn't think you were serious.
As for the pronounciation, it was mostly correct, the r, however, is foreign and sharper. The name 'Sumire' really brings that aspect forth.
Again, my apologies for my previous comment.
@@joranvandenberg2115 ok. That's fine. At least u apologised. There was no need for it anyway
4:34 i apologize way too much too and my phone sound works only half the time so i can relate
Im waiting for the new video
“Kasumi yoshizawa is ded.”
7:06 thats actually a lever action rifle, not a shotgun
I just want to point out that kasumi got the same glasses that she was wearing when she became sumire
I relate to this character so much I feel like I’m being complimented
