Just got this jacket today. I like it. Not bad for 99 bucks. I'm 5'10 190lbs i got the med. Fits a little tight but i wanted it little tight. I have a thick chest but the fit is comfortable. Has great air flow.
Can’t comment on the protection but as far as cooling, it did a really good job in 105 degree weather today. Seems to fit true to size.
For summer ridding a lighter color jacket would be nice to keep the sun's heat at bay (light Grey or Silver). Really like the jacket and would have purchased it if it came in lighter colors since it is a summer jacket. Hope Bilt is reading these comments.
This actually ran pretty small on me, I typically wear a 3xl shirt, but I had to have a 5x in this jacket.

Does this have the disclaimer tag inside that the leather Bilt Abbot leather jacket has stating it is not to be considered protective equipment?

It’s not protective gear
Not: He said C.E. level 1 which means it's the least armor protection. Depending on your riding style this jacket may or may not work for you.
If you do a lot of highway riding i would not go with this jacket.
