People are clicking off after 8-10 minutes because they want to see you exploring these places and not a bunch of explorers. Those older video's you did alone or with Mark were the best.
its because you are talking about items in tis house that are only 20 years old like they are 120 years old. Some o0f the items which are very old i.e. pepsi sign has nothing to do with the house being abandoned as that looks like its from the 50's/60's unless its a copy. It just gets boring. I love this stuff but dont treat a 20 year old abandoned property like its the titanic...
@@seanhooke5401Yep far too much promuse and not enough delivering !! Partly because of how often he embellishes.... the IRA mansion ( a farmhouse ) Told not to visit ( yeah tight by whom ...who did he tell he was going there ) Were they murdered or did they just disappear (not hard to find that out ) .....Hes a victim orpf his own continuous bs
Dave was the first explorer I ever came across on UA-cam, THIS, what he does, Fascinates me so much. AWE, tell's a beautiful story as he takes us around on his journey. I have found other channels now, but AWE is special and so respectful when exploring properties, he doesn't try to drive out Ghosts,he just tells a beautiful story. It's free to subscribe, and he's worth watching until the end.
As a carpenter, its's crazy how quickly an abandoned building can completely fall apart. 20-ish years is actually a LONG time for buildings not to come down by themselves with nobody taking care of them, and how powerful nature is
The vinyl discs, the vintage radio, the cassettes under layers of dust, the china, this lovely doll in the hallway... I am sad they're just all left to rot. It's just not right =/
OMG! why would anyone not watch your complete video's you tell the stories of these beautiful homes/mansions with such care and sincerity, and the music you use is so beautiful. This home must of had a sad story behind it, it's a shame all those photos were left behind. I looked up the meaning of "Empire Made" = made in the British Empire, of which Hong Kong was the last surviving territory. It's a hangover from the days when the British had an Empire, and goods made in the British Empire enjoyed a lower rate of import duty into the UK than goods made in other countries. It goes on to tell more of the meaning but it's too much to post it here. Anyway Loved this explore thank you, take care.
I do find that most folks love to hear as much history as possible on the property you film. It doesn’t matter what happened there…..good or bad. The close ups and questions are great!
Either there is no next of kin or the owner passed away without a will and the place is in probate, which is the most likely reason for the bulk of the urbex here. Conjecture is always my problem with many urbex UA-camrs.
Houses start decaying when we get too old to do the work needed to keep them up. When you live with a lazy family, the house starts degrading before you get old. Mine will be falling down around me in a few years and nothing I can do about it. I have given up caring.
I know what you mean. I ended up selling my house a year ago because I couldn’t keep up with the upkeep. It breaks my heart because it was my first and only house I’ll ever buy. I never thought I would be able to buy one and then it came along. I had admired it for years and then one day I got to buy it, it’s a bittersweet feeling 😔
No one in that house was afraid of colors or paint! Really nice house. I especially liked the quirky upper levels! And....the kitchen with window. Imagine the strange serenity of weeks into months, into years of silence ..... but for the songs of the sentinel birds & rustling wind. Well, except for the crashing of cieling chunks hitting the floor periodically 🤭
I love seeing all the antique furniture and stuff, it’s sad it’s left in homes that’s about to fall down, it needs to be saved it’s a part of history future generations needs see all of this so they can learn the past how people lived , I love watching your videos ♥️
Hi Dave, the only time I stop watching the whole video is if you are doing ghost videos with exploring with fighters and his team. Or if you are moving the camera around too fast which gives me headaches and if you don't show more things for longer. I'm only replying because I think you are a great guy and I'm subscribed to you, have been for months if not longer. ❤
I admire you in how much you respect the properties & it's contents. Making sure things are turned off, unplugged...I have seen so many other explorers not look twice at those things. Even though you know that decay will take these places you still show respect. I can't imagine the hours you spend on looking up the history of the places you visit. You & your team should get a medal of honor for all you do! Thank you!
I’m confused, how can anyone NOT subscribe? It’s free and worth your while❤ Your videos are the best at urban exploring. You’ve taken us to castles, chateau’s, farms, mansions, Japan, hospitals, morgues, asylums, and on & on. The one where you & Mark went to that concrete structure, that you had to get to before the tide came in. You 2 spent the night and left when the tide went back out, hilarious 😆 Folks please, like & subscribe - David truly is the best at this. This place actually made me wish I could teleport back in time. To walk through that kitchen with the black & white tile, all the porcelain/china neatly stored to show how gorgeous it was. The winding stairs and that 3rd floor with the columns, I wanted so badly to see how beautiful it would have been. I just knew you were going to walk up there, thank goodness you didn’t go far. Amazing explore, great companions, thank you David - you’re the best! Please stay safe❤
I love all your explores Dave! They never get old to me. I love how you narrate and get us thinking about how things might have been. Keep doing what you do, please!
It's complicated for me, I deal with depression and anxiety, I have to be in a certain frame of mind to watch, I get sad when I watch too much. I do appreciate the work you put in, but have to make an effort to watch. I hope you understand, thank you! I do press like when I watch!
A lot of times, ten minutes into the video, my curiosity is outweighed by the sadness and destruction of a once beautiful home, which is probably never coming back.
Just recently found your channel by accident, but what a happy accident. The way you don't rush around places, but actually get involved, in depth looking at things and literally bringing the past back alive once again. You've got a new subscriber, as I appreciate people who fully put themselves into places, the history, and respect the past.
I love your videos, but I wish you could give us more information about the history of these places. You do a great job going through everything and showing us some fantastic heirlooms. Just wish I knew more about the families. ❤❤❤❤
The colours on the walls are epic still so vibrant you must get a real sense feeling of who people were being connected to IRA there could be a good reason .thanks bro what a beautiful explore
,such a shame the records ,all the stuff left like they had it when left, some beautiful furniture, its crazy how much left , beautiful home to,so big ,great find Dave
Wow i love the bedroom with all the beds and the cot and fireplace. I can picture it all polished up gleaming gold the bed frames and the fireplace. Beautiful
I watch all of your videos, even the older ones I've been watching. You're the best, you can tell that you love your work! I envy that. You also show me places I'll more than likely never see. Thank you for what you do!! Love you loads, and Mark too.😊❤️❤️❤️❤️👻👻👻👻
I love watching abandoned properties, but I think you need to explain more about their histories and who lived there. I'm always fascinated with these time capsules, but want to know more about the why. It always seems such a shame and also a waste of so many personal and valuable items.
I'm guilty of not watching an entire video and not because there is anything wrong, but like this one, you uploaded yesterday, and I just got the notification. Sometimes, I open when Im break at work, so I have to stop and I forget to go back and watch. What an incredible home!!! Great video🤗🩷
I love the fact that you genuinely care about what has or may have happened to the families. Also you are hilarious (country road), respectful and have a big heart. I personally love when you open drawers and cupboards. We get a better sense of who lived there. Also love looking at all the family photos. Maybe more abandoned mausoleums, graveyards, industrial buildings, hospitals and of course-come to the United States!! We would love to see abandoned places in America through your eyes. And see the difference in homes from country to country. You are my favorite explorer and the only one I watch anymore. God bless you!
I never turn them off unless something interrupts me watching...but then I always cone back...I am a true fan!!!..love ya loads...let's watch this now....alll the way through...and people hit that LIKE BUTTON AND SUBSCRIBE...❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏
I loved this...what a beautiful old place...please go back and film again! Each explore shows these places differently..so many beautiful items left! Take care ❤❤❤
U ar a good explorer an u take us on som amazing places it's good to see ow many people jus leave all ther stuff behind makes u wonder why ur a great explorer xx❤❤
Blue willow pattern crockery Dave. I love the green walls and the staircase ! Amazing antique furniture and religious artwork too ! The fireplaces are wonderful !I I loved this explore , Thank you !
I LOVE that first room/kitchen with the black and white tiles ❤ And I love the main beautiful wooden staircase and the green walls. Very cozy. Absolutely lovely home. I really love all the bold paint colors. I'd love to live there
Hi Dave. The only videos I only watch for a few minutes are the ghost hunting videos. Sorry, but "you've seen one, you've seen them all". Way too many u tubers are doing that. I do enjoy the abandoned home videos you record and will watch them from beginning to end.
there all ghost hunting now because they realize they can make money that's all it is... most are all fake which is cheating people out of money, all least that's how i look at it
I watch all of what he puts out there sometimes life gets busy and things get cut short and it's hard to stop that but I do watch all of he's videos 100 precent I do care ❤ and love what Dave does I really do very much so ...........................
Ohhh my goodness all those beautiful antiques! I’ve never seen such unique and beautiful pieces like those before! Great video and I hit the subscribe button! Thank you for the tour!
This is my bedtime story every night like min then next day other 20 min It helps me relaxing and go sleep and imagining me go explore with you! Keep on rolling!
Hey Dave. Like others, you were the first explorer I came across on UA-cam and the only one I still watch but I don’t deny turning off the ghost hunting. You’re better than that. Still love your work and will continue to follow you ❤
Dave i love how you look through things but respect everything and put everything back in it's place. Jasus don't no how long I'm subscribed. Country roads take me home.... To the place i belong. 😂😂😂
I can’t honestly see anybody stop watching your videos partway it truly baffles me! You’re a wonderful explorer, you’re very respectful, you tell the story which gives us a feel for the whole location. You explore with emotion, empathy and your very kind. We do miss Marky, and you singing Country Roads. Please don’t sing that with anyone else that’s a very special part of your friendship with Marky. Some of the other explorers you go with take away from your form of exploring too much interference.
Dave you are one of my favorite explorer's I watch. You are so respectful and are a joy to watch. I love it when you have Mark with you to. You give this old woman a lot of pleasure. TV has to much smuck on it these days so I don't watch much but the news. Thank you so much and please stay safe. Hi Julie!
38:35 - that 'Gripstand' mixing bowl ? I still have my Mum's from the late 1940's when she was first married. I remember her using it through my childhood, so it's likely at least about 75 years old ! Unfortunately, about two thirds of the label on mine is worn off ( I just checked it - the 'Gripstand' part still clearly shows ), but the designs around the outside, and the colours, are identical to that one you found in this old mansion, Dave. A great find !
Great explore Dave. I enjoy the way you explore these places. That one blue set of dishes you were wondering about is actually Blue Willow. This place is falling apart at the seams. You have a wonderful day and be safe in your travels.
Actually heartbreaking that Julie didn't want to shout herself out because of things people have said. These videos in Ireland are amazing, so are the people you are filming with and the locations are so interesting. Julie, keep being your beautiful self and don't worry about negative people🖤
They're just a dumb minority of keyboard warriors fanboys, anyone with a shred of common sense can make a difference between a shameless plug-in and an urban explorer partner, being vouched for by the uploader. I know for a fact that most of these explorations would not be possible, without somebody to tip off about the locations. So, we have to always be kind to other people who make appearances...
This house was posted last week on another channel, but i must say you did show a lot more than the other channel did. I did watch it all. Well done you ❤
This is absolutely the BEST video you’ve done! Loved the Pepsi picture ❤️It breaks my heart seeing the pictures rot away , wish there was someone to take them.
I didn't like it when you mentioned that the items might be with a fortune and how some people would sell them on ebay. Got to be careful what you say or some people would start saying that you do it. 7:16 You really didn't show much of the bathroom. Did it have a toilet and sink? 9:42 Very dark, you need a light. 11:08 Very pretty cabinet. If it's that moldy, I wouldn't touch anything. 19:53 What is behind the door on the left?
Hi Dave, love watching ur amazing beautiful explorer with nice music backdrop tho…maybe yeah i am watching the abandoned house/mansions because we love to see back in time how the mansions buildup, the truly architecture, love to see how Dave take the glimpse of every antiques design of old chandliers, furniture, porcelien and yeah everything that has been passed…
I really enjoy your explores. Thank you for your videos. Something you could improve on is, not sticking your hand, arm in the shot. Every time you go to point out and out your hands in the shot, Everything Goes Out Of Focus. The camera is always pointing. No need to point with your hand. Thank you for your videos, Dave!
cant imagine anyone not following your content ive been a loyal subscriber for years love your videos i think people are just not interested anymore in explore content im just guessing the audience has changed as the content they watch has changed its a new era
New subscriber. Second time watching your videos. Don't know why people don't watch until the end because it's well worth it. Great content. Just keep doing what you're doing.
I have been watching your videos for a long time, and of course subscribed, I do watch all of the video, unless I get interrupted, lol, but i always watch the rest of it at a later date. I loved the old videos of you and Mark, the laughs you had and the connection you two have is great to watch. But I understand that of course Mark has other commitments and can't make every explore. But you don't need to change anything Dave, I watch your videos because you tell the stories, as you go along, and your always respectful, and you seem like a really nice genuine caring guy. So it's a thumbs up from me.
I used to watch all your videos a few years ago. I haven’t seen you show up in my feed in a long time and then I saw your latest video and I realized how much i missed you. So happy to find you again !
First time I watched you. Today! Subscribed, like watched the entire thing. It’s very sad to see all that beautiful furniture, features of the home not be saved.
Hi, dave. I just came across ur video, and i just watched Dale from Escapade he was just here a week ago. This house is so colorful and i cant believe the electricity is still on. But im not sure if Dale knew that. Great explore thank you and be careful out there ❤😊 from Manitoba Canada 🇨🇦
I enjoy both kinds, of paranormal and just an explore i really appreciate the history aspect of it all 😊 thanks Dave xx I'm subscribed and watch it all.
I always ❤all your videos. Thank you for your time and for the videos. Sending ❤love and prayers for your safety May God Bless You in every way possible 🙏 Amen
Enjoyable, sad and interesting. As an artist, I would very much have wanted you to look at 34:40, when you opened the drawer there was a set of pastels, like in what condition they were after 10- 20 years of neglect. Also there was an unused set of Staedtler coloured pencils on the desk in the same room. I got a feeling that the lady of the house was the architect and the husband was a grumpy old alcoholic (the amount of empty bottles downstairs) after losing his wife and none of the offspring really missed them or want to revive any memories of the place. I hope I am wrong though
Definitely keep doing what you're doing, brother. You make videos unlike anyone else. Very intricate with the details and the history of everywhere you go, and very respectful as well. You didn't take anything or disturb the place, in fact you unplugged an old radio so it wouldn't burn down. Much respect
Wow! I really enjoyed this explore! Thank you so much!! Even with the state of decay we can still see it's beauty. I love your explores. I've seen many of them and you do a great job and are so respectful. I wish someone would save those beautiful antiques! God Bless and take care. Love from Texas!
Thanks again Dave for another fantastic video. This house seems to go on & on. I watch all the videos every week & look forward to them. Stay safe sweetheart xx
I’ve followed a couple of other explorers but none that are from the uk so it’s great to see some places closer to home….glad I found you as I’m enjoying the vids 😊
Hi Dave must admit do prefer to see videos of properties with the contents still left behind. I know it's not always easy to find them, and not too keen on paranormal.but you always do your best,I know that best wishes to you 😊👍
My lord every piece of furniture in that place is absolutely magnificent. So old and every knick knack was antique. Wow oh wow what a place. Thanks for sharing with us, such an amazing place.
Hay buddy why don’t you do a video with with Adam mark & the bearded Explorer. I think you three would do a great job doing a video with each other. How bout it buddy. Love the video 😊😊😊😊😊
I’ll never forget the second time I watched a video of his and discovered we share a common love of bottles 🥰 I don’t know why, but I got so excited 😆 it was like I was right there with you, looking at the old bottles he had found that day 😊
HI Dave Julie & friends..another beautiful find! Some of that furniture is beautiful. You keep doing you. you are doing amazing as you are .your friends are fine too ..Thank you for sharing with us as always ❤ to you Mark & families ❤ x
I admire and thank you for taking us on a journey through some of the most amazing buildings like this one. I love the way you show respect for not only the house but also its belongings 😊
Hey Dave you always do such an amazing job showing everything and talking about the family !! Very sad no relatives took over and where did the family go such a mystery ,,, love your VIDS looking forward to the next! Your NY Fan 🇺🇸🙏🇺🇸
Oh my, there seems to be varied thoughts as to why people are clicking off. At times I do because I'm dead tired, and then I go back on after I've woken up. Anyhows, another interesting explore. I would have liked to see what was behind that door you couldn't get too up on the third? floor. Such a shame that the condition has deteriorated so much. Thank you for your compassion towards these abandoned buildings. You risk a lot going in and walking around. Gloves, Face mask and sturdy boots should be part of your uniform, for your safety. Stay safe.
People are clicking off after 8-10 minutes because they want to see you exploring these places and not a bunch of explorers. Those older video's you did alone or with Mark were the best.
I agree. We want to see the stuff not people in the way talking about the stuff

As a carpenter, its's crazy how quickly an abandoned building can completely fall apart. 20-ish years is actually a LONG time for buildings not to come down by themselves with nobody taking care of them, and how powerful nature is
I know it's crazy isn't it with a bit of water coming in can destroy a house
It's sad too, because the REALLY old homes from LONG AGO are sometimes so much better built, and last hundreds of years.
Take out the love and it crumbles.
Mother Nature is the biggest power of them all.
Roof and windows let water in and damage snowballs fast. However, there is a lot to be said for older construction holding up better than newer.
Its not people unsubscribing, its UA-cam doing it. This is a very common complaint.
It's SO sad how all the beautiful antique furniture & art is just going to be lost. Another winner mate!
Haha... you would be amazed what you can get for under £100 at charity shops... ;)
The vinyl discs, the vintage radio, the cassettes under layers of dust, the china, this lovely doll in the hallway... I am sad they're just all left to rot. It's just not right =/

I do find that most folks love to hear as much history as possible on the property you film. It doesn’t matter what happened there…..good or bad. The close ups and questions are great!
I think maybe it started falling in disrepair and the owner passed and family members just locked the doors .Very sad to see the loss of history.

The lamps are worth a small fortune, just beautiful. Look at the red on in the entrance hall.

I like it when the camera movement is slowed way down and take more time to let the viwer have a close up view of any items left behind.
It's hard to believe that place has deteriorated that badly in only 14 years.
The Irish climate is the most destructive in the world,
It can happen very quickly in Ireland.
I thought he said 20 years.
I loved this...what a beautiful old place...please go back and film again! Each explore shows these places differently..so many beautiful items left! Take care ❤❤❤
Wow you can still see the beauty in that house even though it’s over grown you will never beat Mother Nature ,it was great find

I watch all of what he puts out there sometimes life gets busy and things get cut short and it's hard to stop that but I do watch all of he's videos 100 precent I do care ❤ and love what Dave does I really do very much so ...........................
I have only done a couple of ghost videos
I watch all your videos, Dave. Love what you do
Remember food and drink are dated out from when you're purchasing it. A lot of roof leaks rotted the floors
Ohhh my goodness all those beautiful antiques! I’ve never seen such unique and beautiful pieces like those before! Great video and I hit the subscribe button! Thank you for the tour!
This is my bedtime story every night like min then next day other 20 min
It helps me relaxing and go sleep and imagining me go explore with you!
Sup Dave. Thanks for taking us with you.
Hi Julie!
Don't change anything. We subscribe because we love what you do.
My mum has something similar but she's is Mason Cash. Great bowl for making pastry because it stays cold. 😁

5:34 Kitchen Dresser kitchen piece de resistance. 5:50 'Bridgeport' cycle puncture repair. 8:02 Hallstand replete with walking sticks and a parasol.
Sad to see so many antiques go to waste
This house was posted last week on another channel, but i must say you did show a lot more than the other channel did. I did watch it all. Well done you ❤
Thanks Dave awesome video sad that house is falling apart see you next time
That was a beautiful house such a shame it is left to rot, thank you for sharing keep safe
This is absolutely the BEST video you’ve done! Loved the Pepsi picture ❤️It breaks my heart seeing the pictures rot away , wish there was someone to take them.
Love all the videos that you do. Stay safe ❤
At 27:24 I don't think it's a bed-pan... it's more likely a bed warmer. A bed-pan is usually deeper and not shaped like that.
I used to watch all your videos a few years ago. I haven’t seen you show up in my feed in a long time and then I saw your latest video and I realized how much i missed you. So happy to find you again !
I watch all your videos I find the abandoned homes fascinating!!! Love the paranormal also so interesting please do more!!
Hi Dave what a beautiful home so sad it's falling down. Great explore Dave I always watch from start to finish. Stay safe 🙏 lots of love ❤️
First time I watched you. Today! Subscribed, like watched the entire thing. It’s very sad to see all that beautiful furniture, features of the home not be saved.
I love your uploads, keep on doing what you’re doing Dave. Keep up the good explorations. Take care from Australia
Such a beautiful house sad to see it rotting away!
Honestly means so much to me x
a room in my old house I owned had that beautiful jade green in a sunroom. It glows from within ... when seen in this house.
Great video Dave, going to have a Binge Watch of your videos, keep up the good work
What an absolutely beautiful place. Sad to see it like this. And those plates are stunning!
Wow! I really enjoyed this explore! Thank you so much!! Even with the state of decay we can still see it's beauty. I love your explores. I've seen many of them and you do a great job and are so respectful. I wish someone would save those beautiful antiques! God Bless and take care. Love from Texas!
Loved it! Glad you had friends with you on this one, those spiral chairs were scary.
I was surprised Dave went on them 😲
Thanks again Dave for another fantastic video.
I watch all of your videos ❤, love you! From Illinois USA 😊
Thanks a million x
@@AWE83 You're so welcome thank you for all you do !! Dave can you tell Marky he is truly missed ( On the Road Again) days... Much appreciated 🙏
Great video and watched it all!!
Stay safe.
