Noema Aguilar, a member of the 2023 MA in Peace and Justice graduating cohort, is the Assistant Director of the University of San Diego's TRIO Upward Bound Program which strives to create an educational and multicultural learning community of students who demonstrate a strong desire to participate in higher education.
